Description
Claims (9)
- 빛의 회절을 가능케 하며 3차원적인 회전 패턴을 생성하는 투명 물질을 포함하는 광 스위치에 있어서, 상기 투명 물질을 비선형 광학 특성을 가지며 기판(1)위에 제1층(2)의 형태로 연장되고, 적어도 하나의 제1전극(3)과 적어도 하나의 제2전극(4)을 통해 인가 전압에 따라 회절 패턴이 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극(3 내지 6)이 제1의 층(2) 위에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 유전체 반사경(8)은 제1 층(2)위에 부착되고, 제2 유전체 반사경(7)은 제1 층(2)과 기판(1) 사이에 부착되며, 전극(9 내지 12)은 제1 층(2)과 제2 반사경(7) 사이에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 층(15 내지 19)이 제1 층(2) 위에 배치되고, 제1 전극(13)은 제1 층(2)과 기판(2) 사이에 위치하며, 제2 전극(14)은 추가의 층(15 내지 19)의 최상부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 제3 전극(21)은 제1 층(2)의 하부에 추가를 부착되고, 적어도 하나의 제4전극(28)은 최상부의 층(19) 위에 추가로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 특별한 고유 방향을 갖는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 충(2, 15내지 19)에서의 중합체가 상부층 및 하부층의 방향과 다른 고유방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 층(2, 15내지 19)에서의 중합체가 상부층 및 하부층의 방향과 반대인 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 스위치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 비선형 광학 특성을 갖는 유기물 또는 무기물 결정인 것을 특징으로하는 광 스위치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
