Claims (11)

  1. 캡기부(2)와 용기개부(8)를 외부나사(7)로 폐쇄하기 위한 내부 나사(4)를 갖는 상기 기부에 연결된 원통형 캡벽(3)을 구비하는 플라스틱 스크류캡(1)에 있어서, 캡기부(2)로 향하는 내부나사(4)의 단부(7)에는 캡벽(3)에 있는 제동요소(6)가 배치되며 이 제동요소는 외부나사(9)용 나선줄 영역에 적어도 일부가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제동요소(6)는 캡의 중심축선과 평행하게 뻗어있는 충돌 플랭크(16)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제동요소(6)는 캡의 중심축선을 통해 뻗어있는 평면으로 만곡되는 출돌 플랭크(16)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제동요소(6)는 내부나사의 나선줄에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제동요소(6)는 내부나사의 나선줄에서 분리되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제동요소는 내부 나사용 나사 플랭크로써 형성되는 벽부분(14)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스크류캡은 캡기부(2) 근처에 삽입된 밀봉디스크(12)를 고정 유지하기 위한 하나 또는 다수의 보호리브(13)를 구비하며, 상기 제동요소(6)는 보호리브(13)의 면으로 뻗어있는 벽부분(15)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  8. 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제동요소(6)는 섹터위로 적어도 90°뻗어있는 키이 형태를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제동요소(6)는 전이구역의 적어도 한 섹터위로 뻗어 있도록 배치되는 리브이며, 상기 리브는 캡의 나사 체결시 외부나사(9)의 나사 개시부에 부딪치는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 리브는 캡벽(3)의 모든 주위영역위로 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
  11. 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스크류캡은 그 하부연부에 보장밴드(18)를 구비하며 이 보장밴드는 내측면상에 적어도 하나의 정지요소를 구비하며 이 정지요소에 의해 나사 체결된 캡에서 링형상의 돌출부가 용기개구와 결합될 수 있으며 제동요소는 정지요소의 결합후에 직접 제동작용하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 스크류캡.
