Claims (9)
- 하나 이상의 퍼플루오로비닐 그룹과 하나 이상의 기타 작용성 그룹을 포함하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.(G)n-R-(X-CF=CF2)m(Ⅰ)상기식에서, R은 임의로 치환된 하이드로카빌 그룹을 나타내고, X는 R과 피플루오로비닐 그룹을 연결하는 그룹을 나타내고, n은 1 이상의 정수이고, m은 1 이상의 정수이고, G는 반응성 작용성 그룹 또는 반응성 작용성 그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) G가 하이드록실 그룹(알코올계 및 페놀계), 카복실산 그룹, 아실 할라이드, 이소시아네이트, 아실 아지드, 아세틸 그룹, 1급 또는 2급 아민, 설피이드 그룹, 설폰산 그룹, 설폰아미드 그룹, 케톤, 알데히드, 에폭시 그룹, 1급 또는 2급 아미드, R이 방향족인 경우 알킬 그룹, 비닐, 알릴, 아세틸렌 그룹, 할로 그룹, 나트로 그룹, 시아노 그룹, 무수물, 이미드, 시아네이트 그룹, 트리할로메틸, R이 방향족인 경우 알킬 또는 알콕시, 카복실산 또는 티오카복실산 에스테프를 포함하는 작용성 그룹으로부터 선택되고; (b) R은 비치환되거나 불활성으로 치환된 방향족 또는 지방족 그룹이고; (c) X는 독립적으로 산소원자, 황원자, 카복실산 또는 티오카복실산 에스테르 그룹, 설폰, 설폭사이드, 퍼플루오로 알킬렌, 퍼플루오로알킬렌 에테르, 알킬렌, 아세틸렌, 포스핀, 카보닐 또는 티오카보닐 그룹; 세레노; 텔루로; 니트리도; 실란디일, 트리실란디일, 테트라실란테트라일, 실옥산디일, 디실옥산디일, 트리실옥실, 트리실라자닐 또는 실릴티오 그룹; 보란디일 또는 메틸보란디일 그룹; 또는 이들의 조합물인 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, R이 탄소수 6 내지 25의 방향족 그룹이고 m 및 n이 각각 1인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, G가 하이드록실, 카복실산 또는 티오 카복실산 에스테르 그룹, 카복실산 그룹, 아실클로라이드, R이 방향족인 경우 알킬 그룹, 이소시아네이트 및 1급 또는 2급 아민으로부터 선택되는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 화합물중의 하나와 중합체와의 반응 생성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합체가 올리고아인 반응 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 화합물중의 하나와 이작용성 또는 다작용성 화합물과의 반응 생성물.
- (a) 일반식(Ⅲ)의 2-할로테트라플루오로 화합물을 제조하는 단계, (b) G˝가 G로 전환되기에 적합한 작용성 그룹인 경우, 그룹 G˝를 화학적으로 개질시켜 작용성 그룹 G를 생성하는 단계 및 (c) 2-할로테트라플루오로 화합물을 탈할로겐화시켜 상응하는 트리플루오로비닐 화합물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 하나 이상의 퍼플루오로비닐 그룹과 하나 이상의 기타 작용성 그룹을 갖는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.(G)n-R-(X-CF=CF2)m(Ⅰ)(Q-CF2-CF2-X-)m-R-(G˝)m(Ⅲ)상기식에서, R은 임의로 치환된 하이드로카빌 그룹을 나타내고, X는 R과 퍼플루오로비닐 그룹을 연결하는 그룹을 나타내고, n은 1 이상의 정수이고, m은 1 이상의 정수이고, G는 반응성 작용성 그룹 또는 반응성 작용성 그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 그룹이고, Q는 브롬, 염소 또는 요오드이고, G˝는 작용성 그룹 G 또는 G로 전환되기에 적합한 작용성 그룹이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 (1) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 음이온을 갖는 염을 생성하는 단계 및 (2) 단계(1)에서 생성된 염을 할로 그룹으로서 브롬, 요오드, 염소 또는 이의 조합물인 할로겐을 함유하고 할로그룹이 하나 이상의 브롬을 포함하는 1, 2-디할로-1, 1, 2, 2-테트라플루오로에탄과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.(-X)n-R-(G˝)n(Ⅳ)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
