Claims (17)
150℃미만의 온도에서 플라스틱성 상태까지 적어도 유연화되거나 용융되고, 성형에 의하여 가공될 수 있으며, 활성 물질의 함량(AS함량; 모노－및 디염의 합)이 75중량%이상인 것에 대하여 디염에 대한 모노염의 혼합비가 90:10 내지 40:60 중량부이고, 표백된 모노－및 디염의 수성 페이스트의 적어도 주요 수분 함량을 증발시켜 수득한 실질적인 무수 물질로서 모노－ 및 디염의 혼합물이 존재함을 특징으로 하는, C12∼18지방산으로 부터 적어도 주로 유도되는－술포지방산 메틸 에스테르의 세탁－및 세정－활성염(모노염) 및－술포지방산의 대응염(디염)을 기재로 하는 담색의 건식 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항에 있어서, 활성 물질의 함량이 80중량%이상 및 바람직하게는 90중량%미만임을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 수분 함량이 5중량%이하 및 바람직하게는 2중량%미만임을 특징으로 하는 계면 활 성제 혼합물.
제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20중량% 미만까지의 수분제거 단계중에도 물질의 균질화갈 보장되는 승온에서 수분 함량이 20중량%이상 및 바람직하게는 30중량%이상인 펌핑 및 교반가능한 모노－및 디염페이스트의 탈수에 의하여 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 술폰화전에 요오드값이 1이하 및 더욱 0.5 이하이며, 바람직하게는 메탄올과의 에스테르 교환반응 및 사슬중에서 다가 결합의 수소화에 의한 천연 기원의 유지로 부터 수득한－술폰화도 지방산 메틸 에스테르로부터 모노- 및 디염이 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항 내지 5항중 한 항에 있어서, 모노－ 및 디염 및 특정량의 잔류수 이외에,－술포지방산 메틸 에스테르염의 제조중에 수득되는 소량의 부반응 생성물, 특히 비술폰화된 물질, 비누, 메틸술페이트 및 술페이트염을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물중의 디염에 대한 모노염의 혼합비가 60:40 내지 85:15(중량부)임을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클레트 색값(klett color value)(5% AS, 4㎝ 셀)이 150미만 및 바람직하게는 100미만임을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노－및 디염이 알칼리 금속염, 바람직하게는 나트륨염이고, 원래부터 존재하는 경우에는 불포화 부분을 수소화에 의하여 포화시킨 천연기원의 지방산으로 부터 특히 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노－및 디염이 코코낫유 지방산 및/또는 야자유 지방산 및/또는 우지 지방산으로 부터 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 계면 활성제 혼합물.
150℃미만의 온도에서 플라스틱성 상태까지 적어도 유연화되거나 용융되고, 성형에 의하여 가공될 수 있으며, 활성 물질의 함량(AS함량; 모노－및 디염의 합)이 75중량% 이상인 것에 대하여 디염에 대한 모노염의 혼합비가 90:10 내지 40:60 중량비인 실질적인 무수 물질로서 모노－및 디염의 혼합물이 존재하는, C12∼18지방산으로 부터 적어도 주로 유도되는－술포지방산 메틸 에스테르염의 세탁－및 세정－활성염(모노염) 및－술포지방산의 대응염(디염)을 기재로 하는 담색의 건식 계면 활성제 혼합물의 제조방법에 있어서, 공지방법으로 수득되고, 특히 높은 농도의 펌핑 및 교반가능한 표백 수성 페이스트로서 존재하는 모노－및 디염의 수성 혼합물이 가열에 의하여 탈수되고, 필요에 따라 탈수 생성물을 성형에 의하여 가공함을 특징으로 하는 담색의 건식 계면 활성제 혼합물의 제조방법.
제11항에 있어서, 탈수할 혼합물을 혼합물이 건조중에 불연속적으로 또는 연속적으로 균질화 될 수 있는 온도까지, 바람직하게는 적어도 80 내지 100℃까지 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 탈수할 계면 활성제 혼합물을 소정량의 모노염이 탈수 공정중에 디염으로 전환되는 정도로 초기에 알칼리화 될지라도, 약산성 내지 중성 범위에서, 바람직하게는 pH값이 3 내지 7에서 탈수반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제11항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, AS 함량이 60 내지 75중량%인 표백된 수성 계면 활성제 페이스트를 탈수시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제11항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조물질 또는 적어도 연화된 성분을 적어도 연화된 성분으로 성형시켜 가공하고, 특히 실온이나 단지 약간의 승온에서 그러나, 필요에 따라 80℃이상, 예를 들면, 100 내지 130℃의 온도로도 세제 및 세정제의 다른 성분과 균일하게 배합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
실온 또는 45℃이하의 승온에서 사용하기 위한 세제 및 세정제로서 제1항 내지 10항에서 청구된 계면활성제 혼합물 또는 제11항 내지 15항에서 청구된 방법에 의하여 제조되는 계면활성제 혼합물의 용도.
제16항에 있어서, 계면활성제 혼합물을 조각 형태 세제 및 세정제 더욱 측히 소위 비누 바아로(soapbar)로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
