Claims (31)

  1. 고온의 주형(mold)에서 주조되는 감압 점착층(pressure-sensitive adhedive layer)및 성형가능한 층을 포함하는 적층(laminate)상태로 사용하도록 향상된 주형의 정합성을 지닌 탈착 라이너에 있어서, 상기 탈착 라이너는 , 몰딩 이전에 예정된 탈착력을 지닌 상기 접착층과의 해제가능한 부착을 위해 경화된 실리콘 코팅을 포함하는 탈착표면을 지닌 재료들의 혼합물 또는 열가소성 재료의 필름을 포함하며, 상기 실리콘 코팅재는 상기 고온 미만의 온도에서 경화되며, 상기 필름은, 상기 탈착 표면의 질의 저하를 방지하여 상기 예정된 탈착력으로 상기 탈착 가능한 부착을 유지하도록, 몰딩중 상기 열가소성 필름이 변형 및 유동되는 것을 제한하는 반면 주형에 적합하게 유연하게 되는 용융 인덱스(melt index)및 온도 편차를 지니는 탈착 라이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 코팅이 방사선에 의해 경화되는 탈착 라이너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 상기 고온 미만의 용응 온도를 지니며 몰딩중 용응되는 탈착라이너.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료가 비닐 중합체, 폴리오레핀, 폴리스틸렌 및 이오노머(ionomer)로 이루어져 있는 조합에서 선택되는 탈착 라이너.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료가 264psi의 부하에서 약 80˚F 내지 250˚F의 범위로 측정된 온도 편차를 지닌 탈착 라이너.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료가 약 0.15g/10분 내지 약 20g/10분의 범위의 용응 인텍스를 지닌 탈착 라이너.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 상이한 열가소성 재료의 적어도 두개의 층을 포함하는 탈착 라이너.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 제1및 제2층을 포함하며, 상기 제1층은 상기 탈착 표면을 포함하며 상기 고온에서 상기 탈착표면의 질의 저하를 방지하도록 상기 필름에 유동 특성을 제공하며, 상기 제2층은 상기 필름에 향상된 물리적 필름 특성을 제공하는 탈착 라이너.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 열가소성 재료의 제1및 제2층을 포함하며, 상기 제1층은 에틸레/메타크릴릭 산 공중합체 이오노머로 되며, 상기 제2층은 폴리에틸렌 층을 되는 탈착 라이너.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료가 약 0.5g/10분 내지 15g/10분의 범위의 용응 인덱슬르 지닌 에틸렌/메타크릴릭 산 공중합체 이오노머로 되는 탈착 라이너.
  11. 고정 테이프에 있어서, 상기 테이프가 제1,6 또는 8항에 따르는 탈착 라이너 및 상기 탈착 표면에 탈착 가능하게 부착된 감압 점착층을 포함하는 고정 테이프.
  12. 제11항에 따르는 고정 테이프에 고착된 성형가능한 층을 포함하는 적층에 있어서, 상기 성형가능한 층이 상기 라이너로부터 이격된 상기 감압점착층의 한폭면에 탈착가능하게 고착되는 적층.
  13. 성형가능한 층을 포함하는 적층에 있어서, 상기 적층에 고착된 제1면 및 제1,6 또는 8항에 따르는 탈착라타이너에 탈착가능하게 고착된 제2면을 지닌 감압 점착층을 포함하는 적층.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,상기 성형가능한 층이 상기 감압 점착층의 상기 제1면에 고착된 배면으로부터 연장된 파일(pile)을 지닌 카페트(carpet) 재료를 포함하며, 상기 카페트는 200F˚내지 450˚F 범위내의 온도에서 변형 됨으로써 주조 가능하게 되는 적층.
  15. 고온의 주형에서 성형되는 적층 상태로 사용하도록 향상된 주형의 정합성을 지닌 탈착 라이너 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 적층은 실리콘 코팅제를 포함하는 상기 탈착라이너의 탈착 표면에 해제가능하게 부착된 점착층 및 성형가능한 층을 포함하며, 상기 탈착 표면의 질의 저하를 방지하도록 필름의 열가소성 재료의 변형 및 유동을 제한하는 반면 상기 주형에 적합하게 상기 필름이 상기 고온에서 충분히 유연하게 되는 용응 인덱스및 편차 온도를 지닌 열가소성 재료의 필름을 제공하는 단계, 상기 실리콘 코팅제를 상기 필름의 상기 탈착 표면에 도포시키는 단계 및 상기 탈착 표면을 제공하도록 상기 고온보다 낮은 온도에서 상기 실리콘 코팅제를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 탈착 라이너 제조 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 코팅재를 경화시키는 단계가 상기 실리콘 코팅재를 방사선으로 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 상이한 열가소성 재료들의 두개의 층으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 필름을 제공하는 단계가 열가소성 재료들의 상기 두개의 층을 공유압출 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 상이한 열가소성 재료들이 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌/메타 크릴닉 산 공중합체 이오노미인 방법.
  19. 성형가능한 층을 포함하는 적층상태로 사용하도록 향상된 주형의 정합성을 지닌 고정 테이프에 있어서, 상기 고정 테이프는 상기 성형 가능한 층에 부착되는 데 적합한 제1면 및 탈착 타이너에 해제가능하게 부착된 제2면을 지닌 감압 정착층을 포함하며, 상기 탈착 라이너가 재료들의 혼합물 또는 열가소성 재료의 필름을 포함하며, 상기 필름은 상기 정착층의 상기 제2면에 부착된 탈착 표면을 지니며, 상기 탈착 표면은 경화된 실리콘 코팅재를 포함하며, 상기 적층은 ,상기 실리콘 코팅제가 경화되는 온도 및 상기 열가소성 필름의 편차 온도를 초과하는 고온에서 주조 가능하게 되는 고정 테이프.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료가 비닐 중합체들, 폴리오레핀들, 홀리스틸렌들및 이오노머들로 이루어진 조합에서 선택되는 고정 테이프.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료가 약 0.15g/10분 내지 약 20g/10분의 범위의 용응 인덱스를 지니는 고정 테이프.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 상이한 열가소성 재료들의 적어도 두개의 층을 포함하는 고정 테이프.
  23. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료가 0.15g/10분 내지 약 15g/10분의 범위의 용응 인덱스를 지닌 에틸렌/메타크릴닉 산 공중합체 이오노머인 고정 테이프.
  24. 성형가능한 층 및 상기성형가능한 층에 고착된 제1면 및 탈착 라이너에 해제가능하게 부착된 제2면을 지닌 감압 접착층을 포함하는 , 향상된 주형의 정합성을 지닌 주조가능한 적층에 있어서, 상기 탈착라이너는 상기 정착층의 상기 제2면에 부착된 탈착 표면을 지닌 열가소성 필름을 포함하며, 상기 탈착 표면은 경화된 실리콘 코팅을 포함하며, 상기 적층은, 상기 실리콘 코팅재가 경화된는 온도 및 상기열가소성 필름의 편차 온도를 초과하는 고온에서 성형가능하게되는 주조 가능한 적층.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 성형가능한 층이 카페트 재료를 포함하는 적층.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 카페트 재료가 200˚F 내지 450˚F 범위의 온도에서 열성형 됨으로써 주조되는데 적합하게 되는 적층.
  27. 제24항 또는 26항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 코팅제가 방사선에 의해 경화되는 적층.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 필름이 상기 고온 미만의 용융온도를 지니는 적층.
  29. 탈착 라이너로 덮힌 점착층 및 성형가능한 층을 포함하는 적층을 몰딩하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 탈착 라이너는 예정된 탈착력으로 상기 점착층에 탈착 가능하게 부착된 경화된 실리콘 코팅재를 지닌 탈착 표면을 포함하는 열가소성 재료로 필름을 포함하며, 상기 탈착 표면의 변화를 방지하여 예정된 상기 탈착력으로 상기 점착층에 대해 상기 해제가능한 부착을 유지하도록, 필름의 열가소성 재료의 변형및 유동을 한정하는 반면 상기 필름이 상기 주형에 적합하게 되도록 충분히 굽혀지게 되며 상기 성형가능한 층을 형상화하도록 열 및 압력으로 주형에서 상기 적층을 몰딩시키는 단계를 포함하는 몰딩 방법.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 적층을 몰딩하는 단계가 상기 열가소성 재료를 용융시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  31. 제30항에 있어, 상기 성형가능한 층이 배면 및 파일을 지닌 카페트를 포함하며, 상기 점착층은 상기 배면에 고착된 제1표면 및 상기 라이너의 상기 탈착 표면에 고착된 대립 제2표면을 지닌 감압 점착층이며, 상기 적층을 몰딩하는 단계가 200˚F 내지 450˚F 범위위 온도에서 열성형 시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
