Claims (9)
- 반소결 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 물질을 연신하고 연신된 물질을 소결 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 융점 보다 높은 온도에서 가열하고 제조되고, 주사 전자현미경 사진의 상 프로세싱에 의해 측정되는 99 : 1 내지 75 : 25의 피브릴 대 노드의 면적 비율, 0.05 내지 02㎛의 평균 피브릴 직경 및 2㎛2이하의 최대 노드 면적, 및 0.2내지 0.5㎛의 평균 기공 크기를 갖는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름의 제조방법.
- 평균 기공 크기가 0.2 내지 0.5㎛이고, 공기가 5.3㎝/초의 유속으로 통과할때 압력 손실이 10 내지 100㎜H2O인 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 한 표면에 올레핀계 다공성 물질 필름 및 플루오로레진 다공성 필름으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 보강물질 필름이 접착제를 사용하거나 사용하지 않고 적층되는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름.
- 반소결 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 물질을 적어도 50의 면적 연신 비율로 이축 방향으로 연신하고 연신된 필름을 소결 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 열고정함으로써 제조된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름.
- 제4항에 있 어서, 적어도 한 표면에 올레핀계 다공성 물질 필름 및 플루오로레진 다공성 필름으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 보강물질 필름이 접착제를 사용하거나 사용하지 않고 적층되는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름.
- 반소결 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 적어도 50의 면적 연신 비율로 이축방향으로 연신하고 연신된 필름을 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 열고정시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제조된 다공성 필름의 두께가 반소결 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 물질 두께의 약 20분의 1이하인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름을 포함하는 공기 여과기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성 필름을 포함하는 공기 여과기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
