Abstract

내연기관의 연료분사 펌프에 있어서, 펌프 작업실(21), 펌프 피스톤(14), 펌프 작동실(21)에 접속가능한 연료통로(22) 및 연료 통로를 제어하는 전자밸브(38)를 가지고 있고, 펌프 작업실(21)내에 토출 종료의 후에 분사압력 보다도 적은 캠 전동장치(16)에서의 펌프 피스톤(14)의 들어올림을 억지하는 잔류 압력이 유지되도록 되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 펌프 작업실(21)이 토출종료의 시점의 범위에서 감압통로(50)에 접속되어 있고, 이 감압 통로내에 압력유지 밸브(52)를 배치하고 있고, 이 압력 유지 밸브가 감압통로를 펌프 작업실(21)내의 분사압력 보다도 낮은 잔류 압력시에 개방하도록 되어 있다.
압력유지 밸브에 의해서 펌프 작업실내의 잔류 압력이 분사 압력보다도 하측에 유지되고, 전자 밸브가 다이나믹에 관하는 특별한 요구를 고려할 필요없이 충분히 활용된다.

제1도는 연료분사 펌프의 제1 실시예의 종단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 적어도 1개의 송출도관(32, 132)에 접속가능한 펌프 작업실(21, 121) 및 펌프 작업실을 제한하는 펌프 피스톤(14, 114)을 가지고 있고, 펌프 피스톤이 회전하는 구동축(17)에 의해 캠전동 장치(16)를 통해서 적어도 축선방향으로 행정운동 시작되고, 상기 행정 운동에 의해서 펌프 작업실(21, 121)내에 분사 압력이 형성하도록 되어있고, 펌프 작업실(21, 121)에 접속 가능한 연료통로(22, 122)를 가지고 있고, 상기 연료통로(22, 122)를 제어하는 전자밸브(38, 138)를 가지고 있고, 상기 전자 밸브가 펌프 피스톤(14, 114)의 토출행정시에 연료통로의 개방에 의해서 송출 종료를 규정하도록 되어 있고, 전자밸브(38, 138)의 제어를 위한 제어장치(46)를 가지고 있고, 펌프 작업실(21, 121)내에 송출 종료후에 분사압력 보다도 낮은 캠 전동장치(11)에서의 펌프 피스톤(14, 114)의 계속 작동을 방지하는 잔류 압력이 유지되도록 되어 있는 형식의 내연기관의 연료분사 펌프에 있어서, 펌프 작업실(21, 121)이 송출 종료의 시점의 범위에서 감압통로(50, 122)에 접속되어 있고, 상기 감압통로내의 압력 유지밸브(52, 152)를 배치하고 있고, 상기 압력유지 밸브가 감압통로(50, 122)를 펌프 작업실(21, 121)내의 분사압력 보다도 낮은 잔류 압력시에 개방하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전자밸브(38)가 송출 종료후에 다시 폐쇄되도록 되어 있고, 펌프 피스톤(14)이 실린더 홀(13)내로 안내되어 있고, 실린더 홀(13)내의 펌프 피스톤(14)에 의해서 펌프 피스톤의 상사점에 도달하기전에 펌프 작업실(21)과 감압통로(50)의 접속부가 개방되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사 펌프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 펌프 작업실(21)과 감압통로(50)의 접속부가 전자밸브(38)를 송출 종료의 후에 다시 폐쇄하기전에 개방하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사 펌프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 연료통로(122)가 감압통로로써 사용되어 있고, 전자밸브(138)가 펌프 작업실(121)과 압력 유지밸브(152) 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사 펌프.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 펌프 작업실(121)이 펌프 피스톤(114)의 흡입 행정시에 연료로 충전되도록 되어 있고, 압력 유지밸브(152)에 대해서 병렬이고 펌프 작업실(121)을 향해서 개방역지밸브(154)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사 펌프.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 토출도관(32, 132)사이에 분사압력의 달성시에 개방 압력 밸브(33, 133)를 배치되어 있는 상기 압력 밸브가 항상 열려 있는 교축구멍(162)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사 펌프.
