Claims (5)
- 냉동 또는 냉각기의 호수 대상용기에 내장된 상태를 콤프레셔로 회수하면서 이물질과 오일을 제거시킨 후 저압 냉매가스를 콤프레셔에서 고온, 고압을 토출시키면서 콤프레셔오일을 분리시켜 순수냉매로 한다음 이를 다시 저온의 액상태로 하여 저장용기에 저장시킬 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 냉동용기기의 냉매 회수방법.
- 콤프레셔(1)의 냉매 유입관(2)측에 이물질과 오일을 제거시키기 위해 기액분리기(5)와 스트레이너(3) 그리고 오일분리기(4)를 차례로 설차하고 냉매 토출관(11)측으로는 오일트랩(17)과 오일분리기(12) 그리고 기체상태의 냉매가스를 액화시키기 위한 응축열 교환기(13)를 차례로 설치함과 함께 냉매 유입관(2)측과 냉매 토출관(11)측에 각각 냉매 회수용기(8)와 냉매 저장용기(10)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동용기기의 냉매 회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 냉매 유입관(2)측에 저압 차단스위치(6)를 설치하고 냉매 토출관(11)의 끝단에는 타이머부착 전자변(20)을 설치하여 저압 차단스위치(6)에 의해 콤프레셔(1)의 작동이 중단됨에 따라 일정시간후에 전자변(20)이 냉매 토출관(11)을 폐쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동용기기의 냉매 회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 오일트랩(17)과 오일분리기(12)에서 분리된 콤프레셔 오일을 콤프레셔(1)로 드레인시키기 위해 오일 탱크(25)를 연결관(26)으로 서로 통하여지도록 설치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 냉동용기기의 냉매 회수장치.
