Claims (17)
- 하나 이상의 층이, 유리전이온도에 대한 고유 E 모듈러스(Ei)의 의존성이 다음과 같은 사이클로올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는, 단층 또는 다층의 비배향되거나 단축 또는 쌍축 배향된 필름.Ei=(0.0025[GPa/℃]×Tg[℃])×B[GPa]상기식에서, B는 2.93 내지 3.19이다.
- 하나 이상의 층이,13C-NMR 스펙트럼이 40.8ppm에서 피크를 갖는 사이클로올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는, 단층 또는 다층의 비배향되거나 단축 또는 쌍축 배향된 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 사이클로올레핀 공중합체의13C-NMR 스펙트럼이 29.3, 33.3, 40.8 및 49.8ppm에서 피크를 갖는 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단층인 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단축 배향된 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 쌍축 배향된 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 사이클로올레핀 공중합체가 일반식(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)의 반복단위와, 필요한 경우, (Ⅲ) 및/또는 (Ⅳ) 및/또는 (Ⅴ)의 반복단위를 포함하는 필름.상기식에서, 반복단위(Ⅲ)은 반복단위(Ⅰ)과 동일하지 않으며, R1내지 R5는 동일하거나 상이하고, H, 아릴, C1-C10알킬, C2-C10-알케닐, C3-C10-사이클로알케닐이며, R6내지 R14는 동일하거나, 상이하고, R1내지 R5에 대해 위에서 정의한 바와 같거나, 라디칼 쌍 R6/R7, R8/R9, R10/R11및/또는 R12/R13, 각각의 경우, 서로 결합하고, 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 C4-C10-사이클로 알킬 또는 C4-C10-사이클로알케닐 라디칼[이때, 이들 라디칼은 다시 -C(R1, R2)-라디칼(여기서, R1및 R2는 R1내지 R5에 대해 위에서 정의한 바와 같다)에 의해 가교될 수 있다]을 형성한다.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 사이클로올레핀 공중합체의 유리전이온도가 50 내지 250℃, 바람직하게는 80 내지 200℃인 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 사이클로올레핀 공중합체의 점도수가 25 내지 500ml/g, 바람직하게는 35 내지 200ml/g인 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 필름의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 불활성 입자를 0 내지 2중량% 포함하는 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 12항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 필름의 커패시터 유전체로서의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 필름의 전기 절연물로서의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 필름의 팩키징 필름으로서의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 필름의 재생 필름으로서의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 필름의 LCD 셀용 디스플레이 윈도우로서의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
