Abstract

본 발명은 (1)하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로클로카본, (2)하나이상의 저비점, 염소가 제거된 퍼플루오르화 화합물 및 (3)하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로클로로플루오로카본, 하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로플루오로카본, 하나이상의 저 비점 히드로카본 또는 이의 혼합물을 부가로 포함하는 발포제 혼합물을 포함하는 발포제 유탁액; 발포성 중합성 반응 혼합물 및 플루오로화합물 계면활성제, 임의로, 실리콘 계면활성제 및 촉매; 발포 플라스틱; 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (21)

  1. (a)둘 이상의 반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 하나이상의 고분자량 화합물; (b)(1) 하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로클로로카본 및 (2)하나이상의 저 비점, 염소가 제거된 퍼플루오르화 화합물을 포함하는 발포제 혼합물; 및 (c)플루오로화합물 계면활성제를 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로클로로플루오로카본, 하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로플로오로카본, 하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로카본, 또는 이의 혼합물을 부가로 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 계면활성제를 부가로 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 및/또는 가교제를 부가로 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 촉매를 가로 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (a)둘이상의 반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 80내지 300중량부의 고분자량 화합물, (b)제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 0.1 내지 150중량부의 발포제 혼합물, (c)0.01내지 10중량부의 플로오로화합물 계면활성제, (d)0내지 10중량부의 실리콘 계면활성제, (e)0내지 50중량부의 물 및 (f)촉매적으로 유효한 함량의 촉매를 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발포제 혼합물이 이소프로필클로라이드 및 퍼플로오로 N-메틸모르폴린을 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발포제 혼합물이 이소프로필클로라이드 및 퍼플로오로헥산을 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  9. 제5항의 발포제 유탁액 및 유기 및/또는 변성 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 폴리아소시아누레이트의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 발포 플라스틱.
  10. (a)(1)(i) 하나 이상의 저 비점 히드로클로로카본 및 (ii)하나 이상의 저 비점, 염소가 제거된 퍼플루오로화 화합물을 포함하는 발포제 혼합물, (2)촉매 및 (3)플로오로화합물 계면활성제의 존재하에 유기 및/또는 변성 규기 폴리이소시아네이트 및 둘이상의 반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 하나이상의 고분자량 화합물과 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
  11. 하나 이상의 저 비점, 히드로클로로플루오로카본, 하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로플로오로카본, 하나이상의 저 비점, 히드로카본 또는 이의 화합물을 부가로 포함하는 제10항에 따른 발포제 유탁액.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, (a)하나이상의 상기 고분자량 화합물을 둘이상의 수소원자, 상기 발포제 혼합물, 상기 촉매 및 상기 플로오로화합물 계면활성제를 유화시키고, (b)상기 유화된 혼합물을 상기 유기 또는 변성 유기 폴리이소시아네이트에 첨가하는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제9항의 발포 플라스틱에 의해 절연된 제품.
  14. 트리플로오로디클로로에탄, 퍼플루오로 N-메틸모르폴린 및 플루오로 계면활성제를 포함하는 발포제 유탁액으로 제조된 발포 플라스틱.
  15. 실리콘 계면활성제를 부가로 포함하는 제14항에 따른 발포제 유탁액.
  16. 트리플로오로디클로로에탄, 퍼플루오로 N-이소프로필모르폴린 및 플루오로 계면활성제를 포함하는 발포제 유탁액으로 제조된 발포 플라스틱.
  17. 실리콘 계면활성제를 부가로 포함하는 제16항에 따른 발포제 유탁액.
  18. 트리플로오로디클로로에탄, 퍼플루오로 N-메틸모르폴린 및 플루오로 계면활성제를 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 실리콘 계면활성제를 부가로 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  20. 1, 1, 2, 2-테트라플루오로시클로부탄, 퍼플루오로 N-메틸모르폴린 및 플루오로계면활성제를 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 실리콘 계면활성제를 부가로 포함하는 발포제 유탁액.
