Claims (6)
- 금속 정련용기 로의 셀에 용이하게 설치되고 상기 로의 셀의 작동위치에서 상기 로의 셀로 부터 용이하게 제거되며, 상기 작동위치의 여러 부위로 이동되는 낙하-장입방식(drop-in)로의 라이닝으로서, (a) 상기 로의 셀내에 끼워맞추어지기에 적합한 인양 프레임으로서, 상기 로의 셀의 바닥부분상에 놓이는 바닥부와 상기 바닥부에 부착된 4개의 인양 로드를 갖추고 있고, 각각의 상기 인양로드는 상기 인양 프레임 바닥부의 각각의 구석에 위치하고 있으며, 상기 로의 셀의 상부 근처로 수직 상방향으로 연장되어 있고, 상기 인양 로드의 상단부에 고저오딘 케이블 고정수단을 갖추고 있으며, 이에 의해 상기 인양 프레임이 상기 작동위치의 여러부위로 이동할 수 있게 하기 위하여 상기 인양 프레임을 상승 및 하강시킬 수 있도록 인양케이블을 상기 케이블 고정수단에 고정시킴으로써 상기 인양 케이블을 상기로의 셀에 설치하고 상기 로의 셀로부터 제거할 수 있는 인양 프레임, 및 (b) 상기 금속 정련용기를 위한 예비주조되고 예비소성된 내화성 내부 라이닝과 상기 라이닝을 뒷받침하는 내화성 외부 단열 라이닝으로서, 상기 인양 프레임상에 위치도고, 상기 내화성 외부 단열 라이닝의 바닥부분이 상기 인양 프레임의 바닥부분상에서 지지되며, 이에 의해 상기 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝이 상기 로의 셀에 용이하게 설치되거나 상기 로의 셀로부터 용이하게 제거될 수 있고, 상기 로의 셀이 상기 작동위치로부터 벗어나지 않는 상태에서, 상기 케이블 고정 수단에 고정된 케이블을 갖춘 적당한 인양 장치에 의해서 상기 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝이 일체의 유니트로서 상기 로의 셀의 여러 부위로 이동되는, 내화성 내부 라이닝과 내화성 외부 단열 라이닝을 포함하는 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 정련용기가 알루미늄 정련용기이고, 상기 내화성 내부 라이닝 및 내화성 외부 단열 라이닝이 상기 알루미늄 정련용기에 사용되기에 적합한 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인양 로드가 상기 로의 셀 상부 윗쪽으로 연장되는 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인양 로드의 상단부에 부착된 상기 케이블 고정 수단이 아이(eye) 보울트로 이루어져 있는 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이블 고정수단을 갖춘 인양 베일(bail) 스프래더를 더 포함하고 있으며, 이에 의해 상기 케이블 고정수단과 상기 케이블 고정수단에 고정된 케이블이, 상기 인양 베일 스프레더에 의해서 상기 인양 프레임을 인양할 때 수직 상방향으로 연장되고, 상기 인양 베일 스프레더가, 케이블 수단에 의해서 상기 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝상에 수평 가압력이 작용하지 않은 상태로 상기 로의 셀의 작동위치 여러부위로 상기 낙하-장입방식 로를 이동시키고 상기 로의 셀내로 상기 낙하-장입장식 로를 설치하거나 상기 로의 셀로 부터 상기 낙하-장입방식 로를 제거하기 위한 상기 인양장치에 고정되는 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인양 프레임이 강재(steel)인양 프레임으로 이루어져 있는 낙하-장입방식 로의 라이닝.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
