Abstract

본 발명으니 폴리프로필렌수지조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게로는 무기질 분체 또는 섬유질을 함유한 스피커 진동체용 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.
이 발명은 폴리프로필렌 수지 60-98 중량%와 흑연분말, 카본섬유, 흑연섬유 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 충전재 2-40 중량%로 구성된 조성물에, 폴리프로필렌 수지 100중량부에 대하여 비결정화 핵제 0.1-1중량부가 사용됨으로써, 본 발명에 의한 복합수지체는 일반적인 사출기만으로 매우 단순하게 성형할 수 있어 진공성형에 비교하여 재료 손실이 발생되지 않을뿐 아니라 펄프형에 비하여 획기적인 인력절감을 할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 수지 60-98 중량%와 흑연분말 카본섬유, 흑연 섬유 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 충전재 2-40 중량%로 구성된 조성물에, 폴리프로필렌 수지 100중량부에 대하여 비결정화 핵제 0.1-1 중량부가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비결정화 핵제는 파라디트리티덴솔비톨, 디벤지티텐솔비톨 중 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 카본섬유 또는 흑연섬유는 10M/M 이내의 촙스 트랜스로 절단한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리플로필렌계 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 흑연분말은의 입경은 0.1 마이크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항 기재의 조성물을 압출 및 사출하여 재조된 것을 특징으로 하는 스피커용 진동체.
