Claims (10)
- 전기로(2)에서의 배기가스를 연소탑(4)으로 안내하는 거의 수평으로 뻗은 모양의 집진덕트(30)를 배기가스가 흐르는 방향으로 상기한 집진덕트 근방 상류측에 있는 접동관과 배기가스가 흐르는 방향으로 상기한 집진덕트 근방 하류측에 있는 연소탑으로부터 별체로 구성함과 아울러, 상기한 집진덕트(30)가, 복수의 로울러와 해당된 복수의 로울러중에서 적어도 1개의 로울러를 회전구동하는 모우터로 이루어진 회전장치(32)의 상기한 복수의 로울러 위에서, 집진덕트의 축심주위를 회전가능하게 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 회전장치(32)가 집진덕트(30)를 좌우로 서로 번갈아 회전시키는 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 회전장치(32)가 집진덕트(30)를 한쪽방향으로 연속적으로 회전시키는 장치로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 집진덕트(30)와 연소탑(4)과의 연결부를 밀봉하는 장치를 보유하고 있으며, 그 밀봉장치는, 연소탑(4)쪽에 고정된 앵글(42)가 그 앵글(42)에 고정된 홈형강이 패킹과 함께 고정된 집진덕트의 외부표면에 미끄러져 접합하는 가요성 밀봉직물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 접동관(26)은 연결해체 가능하게 엘보오(22)에 연결되어 있고, 집진덕트(30)의 축방향으로 집진덕트(30)에 대하여 작동 가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제1항에 잇어서, 집진덕트(30)의 덕트벽은 내부에 냉각수 재킷을 보유하고 있는 중공벽으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 한쪽끝이 상기한 중공벽에 연결되고 다른쪽 끝이 고정된 냉각수헤더(52)에 연결된 가요호오스(50)을 보유하여, 상기한 집진덕트(30)의 중공벽으로 냉각수의 급배를 상기한 기요호오스(50)로 실시하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 한쪽끝이 상기한 중공벽에 연결되고 다른쪽 끝이 스위블관이음쇠(64)를 삽입하여 냉각수가 급배되는, 호오스의 권취로프풀리(60)의 급배수구에 연결된 가요호오스(50)를 보유하고 있으며, 상기한 집진덕트(30)의 중공벽으로 냉각수의 급배를 상기한 가요호오스(50)로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 집진덕트(30)가 한겹의 관으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 집진덕트(30)의 바깥쪽으로 집진덕트(30)에 냉각수를 닿게 하는 노즐(70)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로 집진덕트의 먼지퇴적방지장치.
