Claims (13)
- 미세한 세라믹 재료와 미세한 전자 전도재료로 된 하나의 서어멧-전극이 배열된 ZrO2의 준안정 변태를 포함하는 ZrO2-고체 전해질을 가지며, 상기 서어멧-전극의 세라믹 재료가 안정화된 ZrO2로 이루어지는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치에 있어서, 상기 ZrO2-고체 전해질과 서어멧-전극 사이에 완전히 안정화된 ZrO2로 된 중간층이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세하게 분할된 세라믹 재료는 완전히 안정된 ZrO2로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미세하게 분할된 세라믹 재료는 ZrO2파우더 및 7 내지 9몰-% Y2O3의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, ZrO2의 준안정 변태를 포함하는 ZrO2고체 전해질을 가지며, 고체 전해질상에 완전히 안정된 ZrO2를 형성하는데 적합한 안정화제 양으로 ZrO2의 층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, ZrO2의 증가된 안정화제 양이 고체 전해질상의 층으로서의 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, ZrO2의 안정화제 양이 10몰-% Y2O3와 Yb2O3의 고체 전해질상의 층으로서 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고체 전해질상의 층 형성을 위한 재료는 소결활성을 증가시키는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 층 형성을 위한 재료는 카올린 3중량%의 양을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고체 전해질상의 층은 고체 전해질과 서어멧 전극 사이에만 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층은 전극 전도체 트랙 형태의 도선상에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전극상의 코팅층은 다공성이고, 전도체 트랙위에 기밀이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서어멧 전극과 코팅층 그리고 임의적으로는 중간층이 제공되는 안정된 ZrO2로 이루어진 막으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 소결왜곡을 제한하기 위해 서어멧 전극에 대하여 대칭적으로 위치한 표면은 중간층 또는 코팅층으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어멧 전극을 갖는 가스 감지장치.
