Abstract

본 발명은 직물 웹, 및 그 위에 형성되는 고무 피복층으로서 하기의 성분들의 함유하는 수성 에멀션 형태의 실리콘-기재 피복조성물로 구성되며, 유연성이 뛰어나서 에어백을 소형으로 접을수 있게 하여주고 난연성이 높아서 위험시 안전하게 하여주는 자동차 에어백용 기재직물에 관한 것이다; (a)일반식 X-[-SiR1 2-O-]m-[-SiZ2-O-]n-SiR1 2-X 로 나타내어지는 오르가노폴리실옥산 100중량부 [식중, R1은 탄소원자수 1내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기이며, Z는 R1, OR2또는-(-O-SiR1 2-)k-OR2이고 (여기서, R2는 수소원자 또는 R1이고, 첨자 k는 1,000 이하의 양의 정수이다), X는 R1또는 OR2이며, m은 100 내지 10,000의 양의 정수이고, n은 0 또는 1,000 이하의 양의 정수이며, 상기 식은 분자 내에 2개 이상의 OR2기를 함유한다]; (b) 실리콘-결합 수소원자를 분자내에 3개 이상 함유하는 오르가노히드로젠 폴리실옥산 0.5 내지 50중량부; (c)미분쇄된 실리카 중량제 또는 폴리오르가노실세스퀴옥산 분말 0.5 내지 100 중량부; (d)분자내에 하나 이상의 아미노기와 하나 이상의 카르복실기 또는 그의 부분가수분해-축합 생성물을 함유하는 일콕시 실란 화합물 0.1 내지 20중량부; (e)분자 내에 하나 이상의 에폭시기 또는 아미노기 또는 그의 부분 가수분해- 축합 생성물을 함유하는 알콕시 실란 화합물 0.1 내지 20중량부; 및 (f)조성물에 대한 경화촉매 0.01 내지 10 중량부.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기의 성분들을 함유하는 에어백용 기재직물; (A)함성섬유의 직물 웹; 및 (B)하기의 성분들을 함유하며 25℃에서 2,000내지 100,000 센티포이스 범위의 점도를 가진 수성 에멀션 형태의 경화 오르가노폴리실옥산 조성물 층으로서, 성분(A) 직물 웹의 한쪽 이상의 면에 건조시 10내지 100g/㎡범위의 피복량으로 피복됨으로써 형성되는 피복층; (a)일반식 X-[-SiR1 2-O-]m-[-SiZ2-O-]n-SiR1 2-X 로 나타내어지는 오르가노폴리실옥산 100중량부 [식중, R1은 탄소원자수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기이며, Z는 각각 R1, OR2또는-(-O-SiR1 2-)k-OR2이고 (여기서, R2는 수소원자 또는 R1이고, 첨자 k는 1,000 이하의 양의 정수이다), X는 R1또는 OR2이며, m은 100 내지 10,000의 양의 정수이고, n은 0 또는 1,000 이하의 양의 정수이며, 상기 식은 분자 내에 2개 이상의 OR2기를 함유한다]; (b) 실리콘 원자에 직접 결합되어 있는 수소원자를 분자 내에 3개 이상 함유하는 오르가노히드로젠 폴리실옥산 0.5내지 50중량부; (c)미분쇄된 실리카 중량제 또는 폴리오르가노실세스퀴옥산 분말 0.5내지 100중량부; (d)분자 내에 하나 이상의 아미노기와 하나 이상의 카르복실기 또는 그의 부분가수분해-축합 생성물을 함유하는 알콕시 실란 화합물 0.1내지 20중량부; (e)분자 내에 하나 이상의 에폭시기 또는 하나 이상의 아미노기 또는 그의 부분가수분해-축합 생성물을 함유하는 알콕시 실란 화합물 0.1내지 20중량부; 및 (f) 조성물에 대한 경화촉매 0.01내지 10중량부.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)를 나타내는 일반식 첨자 n은 0또는 100이하의 양의 정수인 에어백용 기재직물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (c)의 양은 성분 (a) 100중량부당 1내지 50중량부의 범위인 에어백용 기재직물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (d)의 양은 성분 (a) 100중량부당 0.5내지 10중량부의 범위인 에어백용 기재직물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (e)의 양은 성분 (a) 100중량부당 0.5내지 10중량부의 범위인 에어백용 기재직물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (f)로서의 경화촉매는 유기산 또는 아민 화합물의 금속염인 에어백용 기재직물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (f)의 양은 성분 (a) 100중량부당 0.1 내지 5중량부의 범위인 에어백용 기재직물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)에 있어 R1으로 표시되는 기의 90몰% 이상은 메틸기인 에어백용 기재직물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 수성 에멀션은 상기 수성 에멀션이 25℃에서 10,000내지 50,000 센티포이스 범위의 점도를 가질 수 있게하는 양으로, 수용성 중합체를 더 함하는 에어백용 기재직물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 피복량은 건조시 20내지 50g/㎡의 범위인 에어백용 기재직물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체는 카르복시메틸 셀룰로스인 에어백용 기재직물.
  12. 하기의 성분들을 함유하는 기재직물의 단편들을 봉합함으로써 제조되며, 접을 수 있고 팽창시킬 수 있는 백인 자동차용 에어백; (A)합성섬유의 직물 웹; 및 (B)하기의 성분들을 함유하며 25℃에서 2,000내지 100,000 센티포이스 범위의 점도를 가질는 수성 메멀션 형태의 경화 오르가노폴리실옥산 조성물 층으로서, 성분(A) 직물 웹의 한쪽 이상의 면에 건조시 10내지 100g/㎡범위의 피복량으로 피복됨으로써 형성되는 피복층; (a)일반식 X-[-SiR1 2-O-]m-[-SiZ2-O-]n-SiR1 2-X 로 나타내어지는 오르가노폴리실옥산 100중량부 [식중, R1은 탄소원자수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기이며, Z는 R1, OR2또는-(-O-SiR1 2-)k-OR2이고 (여기서, R2는 수소원자 또는 R1이고, 첨자 k는 1,000 이하의 양의 정수이다), X는 R1또는 OR2이며, m은 100 내지 10,000의 양의 정수이고, n은 0 또는 1,000 이하의 양의 정수이며, 상기 식은 분자 내에 2개 이상의 OR2기를 함유한다]; (b) 실리콘 원자에 직접 결합되어 있는 수소원자를 분자 내에 3개 이상 함유하는 오르가노히드로젠 폴리실옥산 0.5내지 50중량부; (c)미분쇄된 실리카 중량제 또는 폴리오르가노실세스퀴옥산 분말 0.5내지 100중량부; (d)분자 내에 하나 이상의 아미노기와 하나 이상의 카르복실기 똔는 그의 부분가수분해-축합 생성물을 함유하는 알콕시 실란 화합물 0.1내지 20중량부; (e)분자 내에 하나 이상의 에폭시기 또는 하나 이상의 아미노기 또는 그의 부분가수분해-축합 생성물을 함유하는 알콕시 실란 화합물 0.1내지 20중량부; 및 (f) 조성물에 대한 경화촉매 0.01내지 10중량부.
