Abstract

본 발명은 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서의 저압용 전해액에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전해액의 전도도를 향상시켜 전해 콘덴서 제품의 손실값(tan δ)을 일정수준 이하로 낮추는 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서용 전해액에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 전해액의 전도도를 향상시켜 전해 콘덴서 제품의 손실값(tan δ)을 일정수준 이하로 낮추어 제품의 특성을 향상시키는 구성을 갖는 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서용 전해액을 제공함이다.
본 발명은 에틸렌 클리콜(ethylenglycol)을 주체로 하는 용매에 순수(H₂O)를 18∼26% 첨가하여 혼합하고, 상기 혼합 용매에 아디핀산(adipic acid) 또는 그 암모늄염을 10∼16%, 인산암모늄 화합물을 0.1∼2% 용해시켜 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서용 전해액을 제공하여 준다.

Claims (1)

  1. 에틸렌 글리콜(etylenglycol)을 주체로 하는 용매에 순수(H₂O)를 18∼26% 첨가하여 혼합하고, 상기 혼합용매에 아디핀산(adipic acid) 또는 그 암모늄염을 10∼16%, 인산암모늄 화합물을 01.∼2% 용해시켜 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서용 전해액.
