Abstract

타이어의 내측 바디 플라이(2)와 외측 바디 플라이(3) 사이에서 타이어 원주 방향으로 보강재료(5)를 덧붙여 삽입함으로써 측벽의 강도를 보강하고 출격흡수력을 증대시키며 승차감, 조종안정성의 향상 및 측벽 두께 편차감소와 함께 측벽함몰현상을 방지하는 효과를 얻는 공기압 타이어이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 공기압 타이어에 있어서, 내측 바디 플라이(2)와 외측 바디 플라이(3) 사이에서 타이어 원주 방향으로 보강재료(5)를 덧붙여 삽입함을 특징으로 하는 측벽을 보강한 공기압 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재료의 재질은 단일고무이거나 직물-고무 복합체로 함을 특징으로 하는 측벽을 보강한 공기압 타이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재료의 두께(t)를 바디 플라이 두께(T)의 50~300% 범위내로 함을 특징으로 하는 측벽을 보강한 공기압 타이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재료의 폭(W)은 타이어 단면높이(H)의 10~70% 범위내로 함을 특징으로 하는 측벽을 보강한 공기압 타이어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재료(5)의 하단(P1)은 바디 플라이 단부(1)로부터 비드(7) 방향으로 5mm 이상 하향지점에서부터 보강재료(5) 폭(W) 보다 10mm가 작은 지점내에 있고, 상단(P2)은 바디 플라이 단부(1)로부터 트레이 방향으로 10mm 이상 상향 지점에서부터 보강재료(5) 폭(W)보다 5mm가 작은 지점내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측벽을 보강한 공기압 타이어.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재료의 재질이 직물-고무 복합체인 직물코드의 각도는 원주 방향에 대해 25~90°범위내로 함을 특징으로 하는 측벽을 보강한 공기압 타이어.
