Claims (9)
- 주성분으로서의 알루미나⒤와 지지체를 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 3.0중량%의 알칼리 금속(ii)을 함유하는 지지체와 지지체에 제공되고 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 활성 금속을 포함하는 촉매를 사용하여 가솔린을 수소화 탈황처리함을 포함하는, 황 화합물과 올레핀 성분을 함유하는 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성 금속이 코발트와 니켈과의 혼합물 또는 니켈, 코발트 및 몰리브덴의 혼합물을 포함하는, 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 칼륨인, 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수소화 탈황처리가, 소성된 알루미나 지지체를 칼륨 염으로 함침시켜 함침된 알루미나 지지체를 제조하고, 함침된 지지채를 소성시켜 칼륨 함유 알루미나 지지체를 제조하고, 칼륨 함유 지지체를 활성 금속의 염으로 함침시켜 함침된 칼륨 함유 지지체를 제조하고, 함침된 칼륨 함유 지지체를 소성 시켜 제조한 촉매를 사용하여 수행되는, 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수소화 탈황처리가, 칼륨 염을 알루미나 졸 또는 알루미나 겔 속에서 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하고, 혼합물을 소성시켜 알루미나 지지체를 제조하고, 알루미나 지지체를 활성 금속의 염으로 함침시켜 함침된 알루미나 지지체를 제조하고, 함침된 알루미나 지지체를 소성시켜 제조한 촉매를 사용하여 수행되는, 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수소화 탈황처리가, 칼륨 염을 활성 금속의 염의 용액에 가하여 칼륨 함유 용액을 제조하고, 소성된 알루미나 지지체를 칼륨 함유 용액으로 함침시켜 함침된 알루미나 지지체를 제조함으로써 지지체를 활성 금속의 염과 칼륨 염으로 동시에 함침시키고, 함침된 알루미나 지지체를 소성시켜 제조한 촉매를 사용하여 수행되는, 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리방법.
- 가솔린을 약 200 내지 350℃의 온도, 약 5 내지 50kg/㎠의 수소 분할 및 약 1 내지 101/hr의 시간당 액체 공간 속도에서 주성분으로서의 알루미나⒤와 지지체를 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 0.3중량%의 알칼리 금속(ii)을 함유하는 지지체와 지지체에 제공되고 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 활성 금속을 포함하는 수소화 탈황처리 촉매와 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가솔린이 황 화합물가 올레핀 성분을 함유하는 방법.
- 주성분으로서의 알루미나⒤와 지지체를 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 0.3중량%의 알칼리 금속(ii)을 함유하는 지지체와 지지체에 제공되는 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 활성 금속을 포함하는, 황 화합물과 올레핀 성분을 함유하는 접촉 분해된 가솔린의 탈황처리 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
