Claims (10)
- 하나는 추진 장치, 특히 자동차용의 내연 기관에 결합되며, 다른 하나는 상기 추진 장치의 기어 박스의 입력 샤프트에 결합되는 두 개의 동축 회전가능한 조립체(12,14) 사이에서 작동식으로 설치되며; 제1회전 요소(12)에 의해 주로 한정되며, 외측쪽의 방사상으로 설치되며, 원주 방향으로 작동하는 탄성 감쇠 장치(32) 및 이 장치(32)용 윤활제를 수용하는 환형 하우징(30)과, 내측쪽의 방사상으로 설치되고 축방향으로 작동하는 마찰 감쇠 장치(58)를 수용하는 환형 공간(36)을 이들 사이에 형성하는 평행한 플레이트(20,26)의 일반적 형태를 가지며 동축인 제1회전 요소(12) 및 제2회전 요소(14))를 포함한 형태이며; 환형 하우징(30) 및 공간(36)을 분리하며 두 개의 동축 밀봉 링(56A,56B)을 포함한 밀봉 수단의 형태이며 상기 링(56A,56B)의 각각은 제1회전요소(12)와 관련된 제1지지 표면에 대해 접한 하나와 제1회전 요소(14)와 관련된 제2지지 표면에 대해 접한 다른 하나를 통해 결합하여 있으며; 제2회전요소(14)는, 환형 공간(36)내로 연장하고 환형 하우징(30)내로 그외주연부를 통해 관통한 환형 디스크(42)를 포함한, 감쇠 플라이휠(10)에 있어서, 상기 마찰 감쇠 장치(58)는 제2회전 요소(14)의 환형 디스크(42)상으로 밀봉 링(56A,56B)중 하나(56A)를 고정하기 위한 부재(66)중 적어도 하나의 삽입된 헤드(68)를 통해 제2회전요소(1A)에 의해 회전식으로 구동된 부분(62,60)을 포함하며; 상기 제2회전 요소(1A)의 환형 러스크(42)가 고정 부재(66)로부터 분리된 한세트의 커플링 부재(44)에 의해 상기 제2요소(14)상에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형 디스크(42)의 대향 환형 면은 상기 제2지지 표면을 구성하며, 고정 부재(66)는 환형 디스크(42)상에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정 부재(66)가 리벳인 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 링(56A)의 내부 방사상 에지(70)가 고정 부재(66)의 헤드와 에지가 협동하는 제2지지 표면 사이에 파지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정 부재(66)의 본체가 상기 밀봉 링(56A)의 내부 방사상 에지(70)를 통해 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원주 방향으로 멀리 이격된 한세트의 부재(66)는 상기 밀봉 링(56A)을 고정하도록 제공되며, 그 헤드(68)는 마찰 감쇠 장치(58)의 상기 부분(62)를 회전 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 링(56A,56B)은 제2회전 요소(14)의 환형 디스크(42)의 한 측면상에 배치되며, 제2밀봉 링(56B)은 고정 부재(68)에 위해 제2회전 요소(14)의 환형 디스크(42)상에 고정되며, 상기 밀봉링(56B)의 내부 방사상 에지(72)는 고정 부재(66)의 푸트와 이와 협동하는 제2지지 표면 사이에 파지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 환형 디스크(62)가 원주 방향으로 멀리 이격된 한세트의 커플링 부재(44)에 의해 플레이트의 형태인 제2회전 요소(14,26)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 부재(44) 및 고정 부재(66)는 공통 피치원상에 실제로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 부재(44)가 리벳인 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 플라이휠.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
