Abstract

본 발명은 자동변속기의 댐퍼클러치에 관한 것으로서, 변속기의 기어를 변속시키는 시프트레버의 손잡이 측면에 댐퍼 스위치를 장착하고, 이 댐퍼 스위치의 라인에 트랜스미션 제어 유닛을 연결함으로써, 댐퍼클러치의 작동을 운전자가 직접 온/오프시켜 언덕 구배 상승 및 하강시 토오크 컨버터에 밀착된 댐퍼클러치가 떨어질때 발생되는 유체슬립으로 인한 동력손실을 미연에 방지하여 연비를 향상시킨을 물론 변속유의 열발생 저감에 따른 열화현상이 방지되므로 엔진 브레이크를 구현할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 자동변속기의 댐퍼클러치 작동장치를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 댐퍼클러치의 제어방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 솔레노이드 밸브의 온/오프에 따라 댐퍼클러치 제어밸브에서 공급되는 유압에 의해 토오크 컨버터에 밀착되도록 작동 또는 해제되는 댐퍼클러치에 있어서, 변속기의 기어를 변속시키는 시프트레버의 손잡이 측면에 장착되는 댐퍼 스위치와, 상기 댐퍼 스위치의 라인에 연결되어 댐퍼클러치 제어밸브에서 공급된 유압을 댐퍼클러치로 전달하는 트랜스미션 제어 유닛으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 댐퍼클러치 작동장치.
  2. 댐퍼클러치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 댐퍼클러치를 강제적으로 수행시 변속유의 온도를 판단하여 댐퍼 스위치를 온/오프시키는 단계와, 상기 댐퍼 스위치 온 시 엔진 회전수의 대소를 판단하는 단계와, 상기 분당 회전수가 1800보다 작으면 트랜스미션 제어 유닛의 감속제어밸브가 온 신호에 따라 유압을 출력하는 단계와, 상기 감속제어밸브에서 출력된 유압에 의해 릴리스압이 해제되면서 댐퍼클러치가 작동되는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 댐퍼클러치 제어방법.
