Abstract

본 발명은 가성소다 및 염산 제조장치에 관한 것으로 전기투석장치에 R-H 및 R-OH형의 이온교환수지를 도입하여 전기전도도와 물의 스프리팅을 향상시킴으로써, 가성소다 및 염산의 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 하기 위하여 양극(21)과 음극(22)의 두 전극 사이에 음이온 교환막(23) 및 양이온교환막(24)이 교대로 형성되고 상기 교환막(23,24) 사이에 염화나트륨수 공급부(25)와 물 공급부(26)가 형성되어 구성된 가성소다 및 염산 제조 장치에 있어서, 상기 양극(21) 및 음이온교환막(23) 방향으로 형성된 R-OH형의 음이온교환수지 (27) : 및, 상기 음극(22) 및 양이온교환막(24) 방향으로 형성된 R-H형의 양이온교환수지 (28)가 이온교환수지 분리판(29)의 양측으로 상기 물 공급부(26)에 추가로 형성된 것을 특징으로 것으로 전기투석장치에 도입된 R-H 및 R-OH형의 이온교환수지에 의한 전기전도도와 물의 스프링팅 향상에 의해 가성소다 및 염산의 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 한 것임.

Claims (1)

  1. 양극(21)과 음극(22)의 두 전극 사이에 음이온교환막(23) 및 양이온교환막(24)이 교대로 형성되고 상기 교환막(23,24) 사이에 염화나트륨수 공급부(25)와 물 공급부(26)가 형성되어 구성된 가성소다 및 염산 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 양극(21) 및 음이온교환막(23) 방향으로 형성된 R-OH형의 음이온교환수지 (27) 및: 상기 음극(22) 및 양이온교환막(24) 방향으로 형성된 R-H형의 양이온교환수지 (28)가 이온교환수지 분리판(29)의 양측으로 상기 물 공급부(26)에 추가로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가성소다 및 염산 제조장치.
