첨부도면은 본 발명의 방법을 실시할 수 있는 전해조의 구조를 타나낸 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 양이온 교환격막에 의해 음극을 가진 음극실에서 분리되어 처리되는 유기화합물의 용액을 처리하는 예비음극실, 양이온 교환격막에 의해 양극의 가진 양극실에서 분리된 예비양극실, 및 양이온 교환격막에 의해 예비음극실에서 분리된 예비양극실로 구분되는 전해조에서 음이온을 제거시키며, 양극실의 산 전해액과 예비양극실 및 음극실의 물을 처리하고; 전해류를 전해조에 테과시켜 음이온이 예비음금을에서 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 예비양극실로 이동하도록 하고 양극실에서 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 예비양극실을 이동하는 수소이온과 결합하여 그 대응하는 산을 형성하며; 유기양이온이 예비음극실에서 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 그 유기양이온을 함유한 용액을 얻는 음극실로 이동시킴을 특징으로하여 적어도 하나의 양이온 기능기를 구성하여 불순물로서 또는 그 불순물과 결합하여 극성용매중에서 해리할 수 있는 음이온을 함유한 유기화합물에서 음이온을 제거시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 유기화합물에는 양이온 기능기를 함유하며 히드록시이온과 겸합시켜 음극액에서 유리염기를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 그 유기화합물에는 양이온 기능기와 음이온 기능기를 포함하여 음극액에서 그 내염을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 음이온은 클로린이면 염산은 예비양극실에서 형성되고 희석수는 예비양극실도 입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 양극실의 산은 할라이드 이온보다 다른 음이온으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 양극실의 산전해액은 황산수용액이며 산소는 양극에서 발생되고 희석수는 양극실로 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 실(compartments)이 두중앙실에서 양이온 교환격막에 의해 예비양극실과 예비음극실을 분리시키고 두 중앙실이 음이온 교환격막에 분리된 양극실과 음극실에 각각 한쌍의 대향전극을 가진 전해조에서 전해를 실시하며; 유기아민 히드로할라이드가 예비음극실을 통해 통과시키고, 전극간의 전위를 유지시켜 할라이드 이온이 음이온 교환격막을 통하여 예비양극실로 이동하도록 하고 유기아민이온이 양이온 교환 격막을 통하여 음극실로 이동하도록함을 특징으로 하는 유기아민 히드로할라이드를 탈할로겐화시키는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 히드로겐 할라이드(hydrogen halide)를 회수시켜 예비양극실에서 인출시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
  9. 제4급 암모늄 유기이온이 격막의 일측면에서 다른 측면으로 다중 실(multi compartment)로된 전해조에 삽입한 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 이동하도록 하고, 반응성 유기산을 격막의 다른 측면상에 유지시키며, 유기산과 제4급 암모늄 유기이온을 반응시킴을 통징으로 한 제4급 암모늄염의 형성방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 격막의 대항측면상에 전위를 유지시킴으로써 이동시켜 제1급 유기이온이 음극방향으로 이동하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 전해조에 있어서, 양극을 포함한 양극실, 음극을 포함한 음극실 및 두 중간실 C1및 C2를 구성시켜 그 양극실은 양이온 격막 MC1에 의해 C1으로 분리되고, 그 음극실은 양이온격막 MC2에 의해 실 C2로 분리되며, 그 중간실 C1및 C2는 음이온격막 MA에 의해 서로 분리되고, 각각 중간실은 또 시약을 도입시키는 수단, 중간실에서 생성물을 회수시키는 수단 및 양극과 음극 각각을 전원에 양극과 음극에 접속시키는 수단을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전해조.
