Abstract

본 발명은 전원 공급 장치(Switching Mode Power Supply : SMPS)에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 SMPS의 2차측 출력단의 단락 여부를 사용자에게 표시해주는 전원 공급 장치의 단락 표시 회로에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은, 1차측에 축적된 전원을 스위칭용 트랜지스터를 이용하여 2차측에 선택적으로 전달하는 전원 공급 장치(SMPS)에 있어서, 1차측에서 공급되는 전원에 따라 선택적으로 구동되는 제1 트랜지스터(TRl)와; 일측이 제 1 트랜지스터(TR1)에 연결되고, 타측은 2차측의 출력단에 연결되는 NOR 게이트(300)와; NOR 게이트(300)의 출력단에 베이스단에 연결되어 NOR 게이트(300)의 출력에 따라 선택적으로 구동하는 제 2 트랜지스터(TR2)와; 제 2 트랜지스터(TR2)의 에미터 단에 연결되어 연동되는 발광 다이오드(LED)와; 제 1 트랜지스터(TR1)와 제 2 트랜지스터(TR2)에 전원을 공급하는 축전지를 포함하므로써, 전원 공급 장치의 고장 진단의 편의성을 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

1차측에 축적된 전원을 스위칭용 트랜지스터를 이용하여 2차 측에 선택적으로 전달하는 전원 공급 장치(SMPS)에 있어서, 상기 1차측에서 공급되는 전원에 따라 선택적으로 구동되는 제 1트랜지스터(TR1)와; 일측이 상기 제 1 트랜지스터(TR1)에 연결되고, 타측은 상기 2차측의 출력단에 연결되는 NOR 게이트(300)와; 상기 NOR 게이트(300)의 출력단에 베이스단이 연결되어 상기 NOR 게이트(300)의 출력에 따라 선택적으로 구동하는 제 2 트랜지스터(TR2)와; 상기 제 2 트랜지스터(TR2)의 에미터단에 연결되어 연동되는 발광 다이오드(LED)와; 상기 제 1 트랜지스터(TR1)와 상기 제 2 트랜지스터(TR2)에 전원을 공급하는 축전지를 포함하는 전원 공급 장치의 단락 표시 회로.
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터(TR1)는 PNP형으로 구성되고, 상기 제 2 트랜지스터(TR2)는 NPN형으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치의 단락 표시 회로.
