Abstract

본 발명은 원두커피판매용 자동판매기 및 그 원두커피액 제조공급 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 원두커피판매용 자동판매기에서 원두커피판매시 원두를 분쇄하여 원두커피액을 여과추출하므로 원두커피판매시간이 길어지는 원두를 분쇄하여 원두커피액을 여과추출하므로 원두커피판매시간이 길어지는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 물공급부(1)와, 원두커피액 공급부(10)와, 원두커피액가열부(20')와, 설탕크림 공급부(30)와, 원료혼합배출부(40)로 구성된 원두커피판매용 자동판매기에 있어서, 원두커피액가열부(20')에 원두커피액의 수위를 감지하는 수위감지센서(21)를 구비하고, 원료혼합배출부(40)로의 원두커피액의 공급을 제어하는 공급밸브(22)를 구비하여 구성되어 선택버튼이 눌러지면 원두커피액가열부(20')에서 즉시 원두커피액이 원료혼합배출부(40)로 공급되고 이와 동시에 수위감지센서(21)가 원두커피액의 양을 감지하여 원두커피액 공급부(10)를 작동시키도록 제어된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 원두커피판매에 걸리는 시간이 기존의 인스탄트커피판매에 걸리는 시간과 동일하도록 단축되는 이점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 커피제조용 물을 저장하였다가 살균정수이고 소정온도로 가열하여 공급하는 물공급부와, 커피원두를 분쇄하여 상기 물공급부에서 공급된 물과섞어 원두커피액을 제조하는 원두커피액 공급부와, 상기 원두커피액 공급부에서 공급된 원두커피액을 소정온도로 가열하는 원두커피액가열부와, 설탕과 크림을 저장, 공급하는 설탕크림공급부와, 상기 원두커피액가열부에서 공급된 원두커피액과 설탕크림공급부에서 공급된 설탕과 크림을 혼합하여 배출하는 원료혼합배출부로 구성된 원두커피판매용 자동판매기에 있어서, 상기 원두커피액가열부에 원두커피액의 수위를 감지하는 수위감지센서를 구비하고, 상기 원료혼합배출부로의 원두커피액의 공급을 제어하는 공급벨브를 구비하여 구성되어 선택버튼이 눌어지면 상기 원두커피액가열부에서 즉시 미리 준비된 원두커피액이 혼합배출부로 공급되고 이와 동시에 수위감지센서가 원두커피액의 양을 감지하여 원두커피액 공급부를 작동시키도록 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 원두커피판매용 자동판매기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원두커피액가열부의 수위감지센서는 1컵분량의 원두커피액이 원두커피액가열부에 구비되도록 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 원두커피판매용 자동판매기.
  3. 판매대기상태에서 선택버튼이 눌러지면 원두커피액가열부에 저장되어 있던 원두커피액이 원료혼합배출부로 공급되어 설탕, 크림과 함께 혼합되어 컵으로 배출되고, 이와 동시에 원두커피액가열부의 수위감지센서에 의해 커피원두탱크에서 커피원두가 분쇄기로 공급되어 추출기에서 원두커피액이 제조되어 상기 원두커피액가열부에 저장되어 판매대기상태가 되도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 원두커피판매용 자동판매기의 원두커피액 제조공급 제어방법.
