Abstract

흑색 유리 도료 조성물 제조를 위해 일반적인 유리 프릿을 사용하는 경우 상당히 다량의 흑색 안료를 사용해야 한다. 본 발명에 따르는 흑색 유리 프릿을 사용하여 사용되는 안료의 양을 감소시킬 수 있는데, 흑색 유리 프릿의 박층은 투과도가 낮다.
본 발명에 따르는 유리 프릿은 흑색이며, 유리 조성물에는 다음 성분이 함유도된다: K2O 10 내지 17몰%, B2O310 내지 25몰%, TiO215 내지 30몰%, SiO230 내지 55몰%,Al2O30 내지 5몰%, Bi2O30 내지 5몰%, Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.05 내지 3몰% 및 황(전체 황) 0.1 내지 3몰%.

Claims (9)

  1. 유리 조성물 속에K2O 10 내지 17몰%, B2O310 내지 25몰%, TiO215 내지 30몰%, SiO230 내지 55몰%,Al2O30 내지 5몰%, Bi2O30 내지 5몰%, Fe2O30.05 내지 3(전체 철)몰% 및 S 0.1 내지 3(전체 황)몰%와 PbO, CdO, ZnO,Li2O, Na2O, MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO 및 P2O5(이들 각각의 양은 0.5중량% 미만이다)로부터 선택된 산화물을 함유하는 흑색 유리 프릿.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Fe2O30.1 내지 1몰%와 S 0.1 내지 2몰%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, K2O 13 내지 16몰%, B2O318 내지 23몰%, TiO217 내지 25몰%, SiO235 내지 50몰%, Fe2O30.1 내지 1몰%, S 0.1 내지 2몰% 및 Bi2O30 내지 3몰%와 3중량%미만의 기타 금속 산화물을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4분 동안 소성시키는 동안에 최저 용융 온도 TS가 650℃미만, 바람직하게는 590 내지 620℃의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 30㎛두께의 소부처리된 유리 층에 대한 투과도가 2%미만임을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿.
  6. K2O 10 내지 17몰%, B2O310 내지 25몰%, TiO215 내지 30몰%, SiO230 내지 55몰%, Al2O30 내지 5몰%, Bi2O30 내지 5몰% 및 Fe2O30.05 내지 3몰%와 PbO, CdO, ZnO, Li2O, Na2O, MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO 및 P2O5로부터 선택된 산화물 (이들 각각의 양은 유리 프릿의 0.5중량% 미만이다)을 함유하는 통상의 금속 산화물 형성 유리 원료와 추가로 유리 프릿 속에 잔류하는 양을 초과하는 0.1 내지 3몰%의 황 공급원과의 혼합물을 1000 내지 1200℃에서 환원 조건하에서 용융시키고, 용융물을 급냉시킨 후, 수득한 취성 재료를 분쇄함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따르는 조성물을 포함하는 흑색 유리 프릿을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 용융되는 혼합물이 황 공급원으로서 원소 황을 함유하고 용융 장치 내의 기체가 환원됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 용융되는 혼합물이 탄소를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 소부성 기재 위의 유리 에나멜 또는 화장 마무리층을 형성시키기 위한, 제1항에 따르는 흑색 유리 프릿의 용도.
