알케닐 함유 폴리오가노실록산, 오가노하이드로겐실록산, 백금 촉매 메틸비닐사이클로실록산 및 아세틸렌성 알콜을 함유하는 실온 경화성 오가노실록산 조성물은 긴 작업 시간과 빠른 경화 시간을 나타낸다.

Claims (4)

  1. 분자당 두개 이상의 알케닐 라디칼을 함유하는 경화성 폴리오가노실록산(A), 분자당 두 개 이상의 규소결합 수소원자를 함유하는 오가노하이드로겐실록산(B) (여기서, 성분(A)의 분자당 알케닐 라디칼과 성분(B)의 분자당 규소 결합 수소원자의 합은 4 이상이다), 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 합한 중량을 기준으로 하여, 백만중량부당 백금 금속 5 내지 250중량부를 포함하는, 조성물의 경화를 촉진시키기에 충분한 양의 백금 촉매(C), 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 합한 중량을 기준으로 하여, 메틸비닐사이클로실록산(D) 0.03 내지 0.6중량% 및 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 합한 중량을 기준으로 하여, 아세틸렌성 알콜(E) 0.002 내지 0.03중량%(여기서 성분(D)와 성분(E)의 양은 생성된 조성물이 15분 이상의 작업시간과 5.5시간 이하의 이형시간을 갖도록 선택된다)를 포함하는, 실온 경화성 오가노실록산 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 성분(C)를 포함하는 기본 부분(Ⅰ) 및 성분(B), 성분(D) 및 성분(E)를 포함하는 경화제 부분(Ⅱ)으로 구성되는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)를 포함하는 촉매 함유 부분(Ⅰ) 및 성분(A), 성분(B) 및 성분(D) 및 성분(E)를 포함하는 가교제 부분(Ⅱ)으로 구성되는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(E)가 3,5 - 디메틸 - 1 - 헥신 - 3 - 올이고, 성분(D)가 테트라메틸테트라비닐사이클로테트라실록산인 조성물.
