Abstract

본 발명은 다이아프램의 구동에 있어서 적절히 배치된 다수의 마그네트가 사용되는 비접촉이며 연속적인 펌핑방식을 채용하는 마그네트식 다이아프램 펌프에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 다이아프램 고정판(27)에 의해 펌프 하우징(21) 내부에서 그 외주면을 따라 기밀되게 장착되는 다이아프램(24); 상기 다이아프램(24)과 일정한 간격을 유지하며 구동축(13)에 장착되는 구동판(14); 상기 다이아프램(24) 및 구동판(14)에 각각 장착되고, 다이아프램(24)의 상하 피스톤 운동을 유발하는 펌핑수단; 그리고 하우징(21)의 흡입구(21a) 및 토출구(21b) 부근에 각각 장착되고, 양면의 압력차에 의해 그 개폐 작용을 수행하는 흡입밸브(22) 및 토출밸브(23)를 포함한다.
이에 따라, 다이아프램에 장착되는 다수의 마그네트에 의해 비접촉식으로 동시에 상하 피스톤 운동을 유발하여 연속적으로 펌핑함으로써, 관련 부품 및 펌프의 수명을 증가시키고 작동에 따른 소음을 감소시키는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 모터 조립체(10)와 연결되고, 그 구동축(13)으로부터 구동력을 제공받아 유체를 펌핑하는 다이아프램 펌프(20)에 있어서: 다이아프램 고정판(27)에 의해 펌프 하우징(21) 내부에서 그 외주면을 따라 기밀되게 장착되는 다이아프램(24); 상기 다이아프램(24)과 일정한 간격을 유지하며 구동축(13)에 장착되는 구동판(14); 상기 다이아프램(24) 및 구동판(14)에 각각 장착되고, 다이아프램(24)의 상하 피스톤 운동을 유발하는 펌핑수단; 그리고 하우징(21)의 흡입구(21a) 및 토출구(21b) 부근에 각각 장착되고, 양면의 압력차에 의해 그 개폐 작용을 수행하는 흡입밸브(22) 및 토출밸브(23)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트식 다이아프램 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서: 상기 펌핑 수단은, 구동판(14)의 상측에서 일정 원주 상에 다수개 장착되는 구동 마그네트(15)와, 다이아프램(24)의 상측에서 일정 원주 상에 다수개 장착되는 종동 마그네트(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트식 다이아프램 펌프.
  3. 제2항에 있어서: 상기 구동 마그네트(15) 및 종동 마그네트(25)는, 서로 동일한 원주 상에 대향되게 배치되고, 그 대항하는 면에서 각각 N극과 S극이 동일한 간격으로 교대로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트식 다이아프램 펌프.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서: 상기 하우징(21)의 흡입구(21a)와 흡입밸브(22) 수 및 상기 구동마그네트와 종동 마그네트(15)(25)의 수를 동일하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트식 다이아프램 펌프.
