Abstract

반도체 공정설비에서 배출되는 배기가스에 포함된 오염물질을 제거하기 위하여 사용되는 드라이 스크라버에 있어서, 도관의 내벽에 오염물질이 부착되는 것을 방지하고 집진능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 반도체장치의 드라이 스크라이버에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 드라이 스크라버는 배기가스가 유입되는 배기가스 유입부, 질소가스를 가열하는 질소가스 가열장치, 가열된 질소가스가 공급되는 질소가스 공급부, 배기가스로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 집진부 및 오염물질이 제거된 가스를 배출시키는 배기펌프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명의 드라이 스크라버는 공정설비로부터 배출되는 배기가스의 오염도를 감소시켜 제조라인의 청정도를 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 배기가스가 유입되는 배기가스 유입부 ; 상기 배기가스 유입부로부터 유입된 배기가스를 운반하기 위하여 질소가스 공급원으로부터 공급되는 질소가스를 가열하는 질소가스 가열장치 ; 상기 질소가스 가열장치에서 가열된 질소가스가 공급되는 질소가스 공급부 ; 상기 질소가스 공급부로부터 공급된 질소가스에 의해 운반된 상기 배기가스로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 집진부 ; 및 상기 집진부에서 오염물질이 제거된 가스를 배출시키는 배기펌프 ; 로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 드라이 스크라버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질소가스는 약 80-120도 정도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 반도체장치의 드라이 스크라버.
