Claims (8)
- 양극판, 음극판, 양극 단자, 음극 단자, 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 제공되는 세퍼레이터 및 전해질을 포함하는 권취 극판군에 있어서, 상기한 양극판의 권취 시작부의 일면 또는 양면은 내알칼리성을 지닌 물질이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 권취 극판군.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 내알칼리성을 지닌 물질은 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 권취 극판군.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 부착은 양극판의 권취 시작부로부터 2 내지 5㎜의 길이로 테이핑되는 권취 극판군.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기한 권취 극판군은 전지 및 전해 컨덴서로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 권취 극판군.
- 양극 활물질 슬러리를 금속지지체 상에 도포, 건조 그리고 압연하여 양극판을 제조하고; 음극 활물질 슬러리를 금속지지체 상에 도포, 건조 그리고 압연하여 음극판을 제조하고; 세퍼레이터를 상기 양극판 및 음극판 사이에 개재하여 권취하고; 상기 케이스 내부에 전해질을 주입하고; 상기 권취 상태로 조립된 극판과 세퍼레이터의 상축 개구부에 캡 어셈블리를 장착하는; 공정을 포함하는 권취 극판군의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기한 양극판 권취 시작부의 일면 또는 양면에 내알칼리성을 지닌 물질을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 권취 극판군의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 내알칼리성을 지닌 물질은 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 권취 극판군의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 부착은 양극판의 권취 시작부로부터 2 내지 5㎜의 길이로 테이핑되는 권취 극판군의 제조 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기한 권취 극판군은 전지 및 전해 컨덴서로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 권취 극판군의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
