Abstract

2차 전지를 구성하는 양, 음극판의 제조시, 이 양, 음극판에 결착제의 코팅을 양호하게 이룸으로써 작업 생산성의 향상과 함께 전지 용량 특성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 2차 전지를 구성하는 양, 음극판의 제조시, 상기 양, 음극 극판에 결착제를 코팅하는 공정을 포함한 2차 전지의 극판 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 결착제의 코팅을, 마주 대하게 배치되어 결착제 수용액을 공급받아 회전 구동되는 롤러 사이로 코팅 대상의 극판을 통과시켜 이루게 되는 2차 전지의 극판 제조방법을 제공한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 2차 전지의 극판 제조방법을 설명하기 위해 도시한 개략 사시도이고, 제2도 및 제3도는 종래 기술에 의한 2차 전지의 극판 제조방법을 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 2차 전지를 구성하는 양, 음극판의 제조시, 상기 양, 음극 극판에 결착제를 코팅하는 공정을 포함한 2차 전지의 극판 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 결착제의 코팅을, 마주 대하게 배치되어 결착제 수용액을 공급받아 회전 구동되는 롤러 사이로 코팅 대상의 극판을 통과시켜 이루게 됨을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 극판 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 롤러의 외주면은 결착제 수용액의 함습이 가능한 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 극판 제조방법.
