Abstract

본 발명은 하기 화학식(1) 및/또는 화학식(2)의 부분 불소화 에테르를 사용하는 경우, 안전성이 현저하게 향상되는 리튬 2차 배터리에 관한 것이다.

X-CFH-CF2O-[(CH2)mO]n-CF2-CFH-X (2)
상기 화학식 (1) 및 (2)에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 직쇄 알킬 그룹 또는 탄소수 3 내지 10의 측쇄 알킬 그룹이고, X는 불소, 염소 또는, 에테르성 산소를 포함할 수도 있는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 퍼플루오로알킬 그룹이며, m은 2 내지 6의 정수이고, n은 1 내지 8의 정수이다.
R이 메틸 그룹이고 X가 불소이며 m이 2이고 n이 1 내지 3의 정수인 화학식(1)의 화합물이 바람직하고, m이 2이고 n이 1 내지 3의 정수인 화학식(2)의 화합물도 또한 바람직하다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도 내지 제2도는 +40 내지 약 -50℃의 온도 범위에서 온도에 따른 전도율을 도시한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하기 화학식(1) 및/또는 화학식(2)의 하나 이상의 부분 불소화 에테르가 배터리의 전해질 시스템에 활성량으로 첨가되어 있는, 안전성이 향상된 리튬 배터리용 불소 함유 용매.
    RO-[(CH2)mO]n-CF2-CFH-X (1)
    X-CFH-CF2O-[(CH2)mO]n-CF2-CFH-X (2)
    상기 화학식(1) 및 (2)에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 직쇄 알킬 그룹 또는 탄소수 3 내지 10의 측쇄 알킬 그룹이고, X는 불소, 염소 또는, 에테르성 산소를 함유할 수도 있는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 퍼플루오로알킬 그룹이며, m은 2 내지 6의 정수이고, n은 1 내지 8의 정수이다.
  2. 화학식(1) 및 화학식(2)에서 X가 불소 또는 트리플루오로메틸인, 제1항에 따르는 전해질.
  3. 화학식(1)에서 R이 메틸 그룹이고 X가 불소이며 m이 2이고 n이 1 내지 3이며 화학식(2)에서 X가 불소이고 m이 2이며 n이 1 내지 3인, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 전해질.
  4. 화학식(1) 및/또는 화학식(2)의 에테르 함량이 전체 전해질 시스템의 5 내지 70용적%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 50용적%인, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 전해질.
  5. 화학식(1) 및/또는 화학식(2)의 하나 이상의 에테르 이외에 에틸렌 카보네이트 및/또는 프로필렌 카보네이트가 배터리에 첨가되어 있는, 제1항에 따르는 전해질.
  6. 화학식(1) 및 화학식(2)의 에테르를 안정시키기 위해, 표준 압력에서 비점이 100℃ 이상인 3급 지방족 아민이 불소 함유 에테르에 대하여 0.1 내지 1.0중량% 사용되는, 제1항에 따르는 전해질.
  7. 제2항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 전해질 시스템을 함유하는, 안전성이 향상된 리튬 2차 배터리.
