Claims (3)
- 미끄럼 베어링을 갖는 스테이터부와 상기 미끄럼 베어링에 회전 가능하게 지지된 회전축을 갖는 로터부를 포함하며, 상기 미끄럼 베어링의 적어도 한쪽 단부면에 상기 로터부의 회전에 의해 윤활유가 외부로 새어 나오는 것을 방지하는 플레이트가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 모터.
- 고정 설치된 스테이터 기판과 상기 스테이터 기판 상에 부착된 미끄럼 베어링과 상기 미끄럼 베어링의 주위에 배치된 권선 코일을 포함하는 스테이터부와, 상기 미끄럼 베어링에 회전 가능하게 지지된 회전축과 상기 권선 코일에 대항하도록 회전축에 일체적으로 고착된 로터 요크와 상기 로터 요크에 구비된 로터 마그넷을 포함하는 로터부를 포함하며 ; 상기 미끄럼 베어링의 적어도 한쪽 단부면에 상기 로터부의 회전에 의해 윤활유가 외부로 새어 나오는 것을 방지하는 플레이트가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 모터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼 베어링이 스테이터 기판에 고정된 중공 원통형의 베어링 홀더 내에 유지되어 있으며, 상기 윤활유 비산 방지용 플레이터가 베어링 홀더와 회전축 사이의 영역에서 미끄럼 베어링의 단부면을 폐쇄하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 모터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
