Die Erfindung betrifft neue Acylharnstoffe, insektizide Mittel ' enthaltend diese Verbindungen sovie Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
* l-Acyl-3-phenylharnstoffe mit insektizider Wirkung sind bereirs bekannt (DE-OS 2 123 236). Ihre Wirkung ist jedoch nicht immer befriedigend.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher die Schaffung eines Insektizides, -welches Insekten erfolgreicher bekämpft als die bekannten Verbindungen.

Die Bezeichnung C^-Cg-Alkyl umfaßt zum Beispiel die Radikale Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, Butyl, Isobutyl, Pentyl, Phenyl.

Aryl soll zum Beispiel Phenyl oder Chlorphenyl bedeuten und Halogen stellt Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Jod dar.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen weisen überraschenderweise eine im Vergleich zu den bekannten konstitutionsanalogen Wirkstoffen überlegene insektizide Wirkung oder andere Vorteile auf unf bekämpfen gezielt bestimmte Insekten.
Eine herausragende selektive insektizide Wirkung entfalten die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen gegen bedeutende Schadinsekten insbesondere aus den Ordnungen der Dipteren, Coleopteren sowie Lepidopteren.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können entweder allein, in Mischung miteinander oder mit anderen insektiziden Wirkstoffen angewendet werden. ' Gegebenenfalls können andere Pflanzenschutzoder Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel wie zum Beispiel Akarizide oder Fungizide je nach dem gewünschten Zweck zugesetzt werden.
’ Eine Förderung der Wirkungsintensität und der Wirkungsgeschwin- digkeit kann zum Beispiel durch wirkungssteigernde Zusätze, wie •organische Lösungsmittel, Netzmittel und Oie, erzielt werden.
• Solche Zusätze lassen daher gegebenenfalls eine Verringerung der Wirkstoffdosierung zu.
Zweckmäßig werden die gekennzeichneten Wirkstoffe oder deren Mischungen in Form von Zubereitungen , wie Pulvern, Streumitteln Granulaten, Lösungen, Emulsionen oder Suspensionen, unter Zusatz ir - von flüssigen und/oder festen Tragerstoffen beziehungsweise Verdünnungsmitteln und gegebenenfalls von Netz-, Haft-, Emulgier-und/oder Dispergierhilfsmitteln angewandt.

An oberflächenaktiven Stoffen sind zum Beispiel zu nennen: Calciumligninsulfonat, Polyoxyäthylen-alkylphenyläther, Naphthalinsulfonsäuren und deren Salze, Phenolsulfonsäuren und deren f
Salze, Formaldehydkondensate, Fettalkoholsulfate sowie substituierte Benzolsulfonsäuren und deren Salze.
Der Anteil der bzw. des Wirkstoffe(s) in den verschiedenen Zubereitungen kann in weiten Grenzen variieren. Beispielsweise enthalten die Mittel etwa 5 bis 80 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoffe, etwa 95 bis20 Gewichtsprozent flüssige oder feste Trägerstoffe sowie gegebenenfalls bis zu 20 Gewichtsprozente oberflächenaktive Stoffe.
Die Ausbringung der Mittel kann in üblicher Weise erfolgen, zum Beispiel mit Wasser als Träger in Spritzbrühmengen von etwa 100 bis 3000 Liter/ha. Eine Anwendung der Mittel im sogenannten Low-Volume und Ultra-Low-Volurae-Verfahren ist ebenso möglich wie ihre Applikation in Form von sogenannten Mikrogranulaten.
Die Herstellung dieser Zubereitungen kann in an sich bekannter Art und Weise, zum Beispiel durch Mahl- oder Mischverfkhren, durch- f geführt werden. Von den erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen zeichnen sich durch eine besonders gute insektizide Wirkung insbesondere diejenigen aus, bei denen in der obigen allgemeinen Formel Chlor oder Fluor, R Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Fluor, R„ Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Methyl, R4 Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Methyl und Rj., Rg und R^ gleich oder verschieden sind und Wasserstoff oder Methyl bedeuten.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Acylhamstoffe sind färb- und geruchlose kristalline Verbindungen. Sie lösen sich nur sehr schlecht in Wasser oder Toluol, besser in Essigester und gut in Dimethyl-formamid.
Das nachfolgende Beispiel erläutert die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen.
BEISPIEL 1 1-/5-(2,2-Dichlorcyclopropyloxy) -phenyl7-3~ ( 2-methylbenzoyl) - harnstoff 6,5½ S (0,03 Mol) 4-(2,2-Dichlorcyclopropyloxy)-anilin, gelöst in 50 ml trockenem Tetrahydrofuran, werden unter Rühren mit 4,84g r (0,03 Mol) 2-Methylbenzoylisocyanat tropfenweise versetzt. Die Temperatur steigt dabei leicht an. Nach Abkühlen wird das Produkt mit Pentan gefällt, abgesaugt, mit Pentan nachgewaschen und getrocknet .
Ausbeute: 8,3 g (73 % der Theorie)

Die als Ausganssmaterialien zu verwendenden Benzamide und Benz-oylisocyanate sind bekannt oder können nach an sich bekannten ' . Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Die benötigten Aniline erhält man zum Beispiel durch Reduktion der entsprechenden Nitroverbindungen nach bekannten Verfahren.
Diese Nitroverbindungen können zum Beispiel hergestellt werden aus entsprechenden Phenolen durch Verätherung mit Allylhalogeniden, worauf die entstehenden Phenylallyläther durch starke Basen zu Phenylenoläthern isomerisiert werden. Diese ergeben dann mit Dichlorcarben und anschließende Nitrierung die gewünschten Nitroverbindungen.
Nach einer anderen Methode werden Nitrophenole mit Essigsäurevinylester in Gegenwart katalytischer Mengen Quecksilberacetat und Säuren zum Vinyläther umgesetzt und dann mit Dichlorcarben, vorzugsweise unter Anwendung der Phasentransfer-Methode, zur Reaktion gebracht.

bromäthan in Gegenwart einer schwachen Base zum Bromäthylather umsetzt und diesen dann, mit einer starken Base zum Vinyläther * dehydrobromiert.

Im folgenden wird die Herstellung eines der Ausgangsprodukte beschrieben.
4-(2,2-Dichlorcyclopropyloxy)-anilin i 104 g (0,75 Mol) 4-Nitrophenol werden in 420 ml (4,5 Mol) Essig säurevinylester gelöst. Nach Spülen mit Stickstoff werden nacheinander 3,0 g Quecksilberacetat und 0,2 ml BF^-Ätherat zugege-ben. Dann wird 4 Stunden bei 5Q°C gerührt. Nach Abkühlen werden 2 g Natriumacetat zugegeben, eingedampft und der Rückstand in Äther gelöst.Man wäscht dreimal mit 2 n-Natronlauge, dreimal mit Wasser, trocknet und dampft ein.Der Rückstand wird aus Äther kristallisiert. Man erhält 65 g (52 % der Theorie) 4-Nitrophenyl-Vinyläther vom Schmelzpunkt 59-6l°C.
41,3 g (0,25 Mol) des Vinyläthers und 0,6 g Benzyltriäthyl- f ammoniumchlorid werden in 150 ral Chloroform gelöst und unter starkem Rühren mit 150 ml 50 %iger Natronlauge versetzt. Es wird 5 Stunden gerührt, die Temperatur wird dabei, zunächst durch Kühlen, dann durch Heizen, zwischen 55 und 60°C gehalten. Anschließend wird mit jeweils 200 ml Chloroform und Wasser versetzt und über Celite filtriert. Die organische Phase wird abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen, getrocknet und eingedampft.

Es hinterbleiben 40 g ( 6k % der Theorie) k-(2,2-Dichlorcyclo-propyloxy)-nitrobenzol als dunkles Öl, das ohne Reinigung weiter verwendet wird. 20 ^ nQ : l,5ö5b

70 ml Äthanol werden mit 9,7 ml (0,2 Mol) Hydrazinhydrat und 5 g Raney-Nickel versetzt. Unter Rühren werden dann 12,¾ g (0,05 Mol) des Cyclopropyloxy-nitrobenzols, gelöst in 20 ml Äthanol, zugetropft; dabei soll die Innentemperatur 40°C nicht überschreiten. Es wird eine Stunde nachgerühxt, abfiltriert, das Filtrat eingedampft und in Äther gelöst. Diese Lösung wird dreimal mit Wasser gewaschen, getrocknet und erneut eingedampft.
Es bleiben als Rückstand 9 S (82 % der Theorie) k-(2,2-Dichlor-cyclopropyloxy)-anilin, ein braunes 01, das ohne Reinigung weiter verwendet wird.

Die folgenden Beispiele dienen zur Erläuterung der Anwendungs-* Möglichkeiten der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen, die in Form ihrer Zubereitungen erfolgt.
BEISPIEL 2
Die erfindungsgemäßen Substanzen wurden als wüßrige Suspensionen mit der Wirkstoffkonzentration 0,05 % eingesetzt.

1 * , « (Phaseolus vulgaris) im Primärblattstadiura getaucht. Pro Versuchsglied wurden 5 Pflanzenstengel mit insgesamt 8 Primärblät-tern in mit Wasser gefüllte Glasvasen eingestellt und in Glaszylindern eingekäfigt.
Danach -wurden je 5 Larven des Mexikanischen Bohnenkäfers (Epilachna varivestis) im 3. Larvenstadium in die Glaszylinder .. eingezählt und für 5 Tage darin gehalten. Kriterium für die Vir-kungsbeuteilung -war die Mortalität der Larven in $0 nach fünftägiger Versuchsdauer.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen -wurden als väßrige Suspensionen mit der Wirkstoffkonzentration 0,01 % angesetzt. Eben- i so wurde mit den Vergleichsmitteln verfahren. Mit diesen Wirkstoff Zubereitungen wurden je zwei Blumenkohlblättchen pro Ver- o suchsglied mit k. mg Spritzbrühe/cm in Polystyrol-Petrischalen dosiert gespritzt. Nach dem Antrocknen der Spritzbeläge wurden -f in jede Petrischale 10 Jungraupen der Kohlschabe (Pluteila ma- culipennis) eingezählt und 8 Tage-dem behandelten Futter im Labor unter Langtagbedingungen exponiert. Kriterium für die Wirkungsbeurteilung war die Mortalität der Raupen nach 2 Tagen, die Fraßhemmung der Raupen in % sowie die Falterschlupfverhinderung in % nach 8 Tagen.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wurden als wäßrige Suspensionen mit der Wirkstcffkonzentration 0,001 % eingesetzt. Ebenso .
.wurde mit dem Vergleichsmittel verfahren. Mit diesen Wirkstoffzuber atungen wurden Pflanzenschalen (20 x 20 cm), die 25 - 30 Buschbohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris) im Primärblatt Stadium enthielten, tropfnaß gespritzt. Diese behandelten Schalen wurden * i für 2h h im Gewächshaus auf gestellt. Danach wurden pro Versuchs-. glied h Pflanzenstengel mii 8 Primärblättern entnommen, in mit Wasser gefüllte Glasvasen eingestellt und in Glaszylindern ein-· gekäfigt. Dann wurden je 5 Larven des Mexikanischen Bohnenkäfers (Epilachna varivestis) im 3· Larvenstadium in die Glaszylinder eingezählt und 6 Tage darin gehalten.
Kriterium für die Wirkungsbeurteilung waren die Mortalität und die Fraßhemmung der Larven in % nach sechstägiger Versuchsdauer.
