L'INVENTION CONCERNE UN PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION EN CONTINU DE PROFILÉS OU PLAQUES à PARTIR D'UNE MATIèRE MOLLE QUI EST EXTRUDÉE à CHAUD ET ENVELOPPÉE AU MOINS UNE FEUILLE EN BANDE, L'ENSEMBLE ÉTANT ENSUITE CALANDRÉ, MIS EN FORME SELON LE PROFIL DÉSIRÉ ET ENFIN TRONÇONNÉ, PROCÉDÉ QUI EST NOTAMMENT REMARQUABLE EN CE QUE LA MATIèRE UTILISÉE EST UN MÉLANGE CONTENANT UN LIANT NON SYNTHÉTIQUE ET DE L'EAU, DETELLE SORTE QUE LE MÉLANGE DEVIENT COLLANT EN SUBISSANT UN TEL TRAITEMLENT THERMIQUE EN MILIEU AQUEUX, CE QUI PERMET D'ASSURER LE COLLAGE DE L'ENVELOPPE SUR LA MATIèRE AU COURS DU CALANDRAGE, TANDIS QUE LE PRODUIT SUBIT AU MOINS UNE OPÉRATION DE SÉCHAGE APRèS LADITE OPÉRATION DE CALANDRAGE.
