Abstract
"COMPRIMES DE DOMPERIDONE RAPIDEMENT HYDRODISPERSABLES" La présente invention se rapporte à des comprimés rapidement hydrodispersables contenant du dompéridone pour l'administration par voie orale. Les formulations comportent du dompéridone ou ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, environ 60 à 80% d'un granulé "auxiliaire" (m/m) et environ 10 à 30% de cellulose microcristalline (m/m), exprimés par rapport au poids total des comprimés, un édulcorant, un aromatisant et un lubrifiant. Le granulé "auxiliaire" est obtenu au moyen d'une granulation par voie humide de D-mannitol et de gomme d'amidon de maïs dans un appareil granulateur à cisaillement élevé, facilite la fluidité et la compressibilité du mélange et, en raison de son hydrosolubilité élevée, contribue à la dispersion rapide du comprimé. Les formulations possèdent une intégrité structurale renforcée, en ayant par exemple une friabilité inférieure à 1.0% et des valeurs de dureté comprises entre 3 et 6 Kp, et pouvant se disperser dans l'eau en 3 minutes, de préférence en 2 minutes et le mieux en 1 minute, pour fournir une dispersion qui passe à travers un tamis à mailles de 710 um de diamètre et qui présente un goût agréable et l'absence de granules perceptibles en bouche. Cette invention se rapporte également au procédé de préparation desdites préparations pharmaceutiques.
