Abstract

Selon une méthode de production d'un engrais phosphaté, une première fraction du phosphate est produite dans un réacteur tubulaire, et une deuxième fraction du phosphate est produite dans un pré-neutralisateur. Les deux fractions du phosphate sont ensuite acheminées vers un granulateur. De l'ammoniac est ajouté au granulateur pour réagir avec les deux fractions du phosphate. Pour produire la première fraction du phosphate, un micronutriment est ajouté à l'acide phosphorique pour produire un acide enrichi, et l'acide enrichi et de l'ammoniac sont ajoutés à un réacteur tubulaire oé on les laisse réagir pour produire du phosphate d'ammonium.
