Abstract
CUVE EN MATERIAU COMPOSITE RESISTANT A LA CORROSION La présente invention se rapporte à une cuve utile pour recevoir des liquides corrosifs, par exemple pour la production d'eau chaude, dont la paroi, est insensible aux agressions chimiques et plus particulièrement à l'oxydation et au chlore. Elle a pour objet une cuve possédant une paroi composite qui comprend une coque externe en acier, une couche intermédiaire métallique ou céramique, et une couche interne à base d'un composé polymérique thermoplastique en contact direct avec la couche intermédiaire. De manière avantageuse, le composé polymérique comporte des groupements polaires à caractère électronégatif. Une telle paroi composite peut par exemple comprendre une coque externe en acier, une couche intermédiaire en résine époxy et une couche interne en polypropylène modifié par l'anhydride maléique. Est également revendiqué un procédé de fabrication d'une cuve à paroi composite appelé « rotoenduction », consistant à réaliser par des techniques connues un dépôt métallique ou céramique sur la face interne d'une coque en acier afin de former une couche intermédiaire, puis à fondre le composé polymérique en poudre dans la coque métallisée mue par un système de rotation biaxial, jusqu'à formation d'une couche polymérique continue, qui se solidifie en refroidissant.
