Abstract
En vue d'augmenter la production d'une usine de dessalement par des améliorations apportées au circuit de recyclage de la saumure, il est proposé un nouveau procédé et un nouveau type d'usine. Le procédé et l'usine de dessalement de l'eau salée utilisent au moins un dispositif de chauffage (1) de la saumure, une zone de dessalement constituée d'unités de distillation par détentes successives (2) et un dégazeur séparé optionnel (5), l'eau de mer étant dégazée et pompée, comme la saumure de recyclage, pour être dirigée dans une section de récupération de chaleur (3), la saumure étant alors condensée et le distillat récupéré. Cette usine est caractérisée en ce que la section de récupération de chaleur (3) est au moins partiellement contournée par la saumure de recyclage par l'aménagement d'au moins une conduite de dérivation (22).
