Abstract
La présente invention concerne, de façon générale, des procédés de diagnostic in vitro et, en particulier, l'utilisation, en tant que biomarqueur, d'un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué du facteur de croissance des fibroblastes 23 (fgf23), du phosphore inorganique (p), du produit du phosphore inorganique et du calcium total (p x cat), de l'ostéopontine (opn) et de l'hormone parathyroïdienne (hpt). Lesdits biomarqueurs peuvent être utilisés pour le suivi de la modulation de l'activité kinase du récepteur du facteur de croissance des fibroblastes (fgfr), en particulier de son inhibition, et/ou de la survenue d'effets secondaires associés à l'inhibition du fgfr. L'invention concerne encore des procédés et nécessaires associés à ces utilisations.
