LA PRÉSENTE INVENTION SE RAPPORTE À UN PROCÉDÉ D'EXTRACTION DE MOLÉCULES AROMATIQUES DU LIÈGE, RESPONSABLES DU « GOÛT DE BOUCHON », PAR UN TRAITEMENT THERMO-HYDRO-MÉCANIQUE PAR DÉTENTE INSTANTANÉE CONTRÔLÉE DIC RÉALISÉE ÉVENTUELLEMENT SOUS UNE FORME SUCCESSIVE (EDS). ELLE CONCERNE ÉGALEMENT LES PRODUITS ISSUS DU LIÈGE OBTENUS PAR CE PROCÉDÉ. LE PROCÉDÉ DE L'INVENTION PERMET D'OBTENIR UN LIÈGE DÉBARRASSÉ DE SES MOLÉCULES AROMATIQUES INDÉSIRABLES, EN PARTICULIER LES MOLÉCULES CHLORÉES COMME LE 2,4,6-TRICHLOROANISOLE (TCA) RESPONSABLE DU « GOÛT DE BOUCHON », TOUT EN PRÉSERVANT SES PROPRIÉTÉS MÉCANIQUES.
