Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à la production de clinker à partir d'un agrégat brut, comprenant : un four rotatif (8), éventuellement un dispositif de précalcination, - un dispositif de préchauffage cyclone à étages multiples (9) relié en aval dudit four rotatif (8) par rapport à la direction d'écoulement des fumées (11) d'une combustion ayant lieu dans ledit four (8) ; un électrofiltre (10) relié en aval dudit dispositif de préchauffage (9) par rapport à ladite direction d'écoulement des fumées de combustion (11) ; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première entrée (17) destinée à acheminer l'agrégat brut vers lesdites fumées de combustion (11), ladite entrée (17) étant placée en aval dudit dispositif de préchauffage (9) et en amont dudit électrofiltre (10) par rapport à ladite direction d'écoulement des fumées de combustion (11), et en ce qu'il comprend une seconde entrée (18) destinée à acheminer l'agrégat brut partiellement préchauffé (14) dudit électrofiltre (10) vers ledit dispositif de préchauffage (9). La présente invention concerne également un processus perfectionné pour la production de clinker à partir d'un agrégat brut.
