Abstract
La présente invention concerne la préparation de 2-alkyl-3-aroyl-5-nitrobenzofuranes par acylation de 2-(2-hydroxy-5-nitrophényl)-1-aryl-éthanones et traitement ultérieur des esters avec des associations de bases et d'acides protoniques ou d'acides de Lewis. Ce procédé peut s'utiliser pour la préparation de Dronédarone. L'invention concerne également des nouveaux intermédiaires pour la préparation de Dronédarone.
