Abstract

La présente invention concerne des spiro-[1,3]-oxazines et des spiro-[1,4]-oxazépines de formule (i) ayant une activité inhibitrice de bace1 et/ou bace2, leur fabrication, des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et leur utilisation en tant que substances thérapeutiquement actives. Les composés actifs de la présente invention sont utiles dans le traitement thérapeutique et/ou prophylactique par exemple de la maladie d'alzheimer et du diabète de type 2.
