Abstract

Cette invention concerne de nouveaux composés organophosphoreux p-chirogènes de formule générale (i), ainsi qu'un procédé de synthèse desdits composés de formule (i). Elle concerne également des produits intermédiaires de formules générales (ii), (iii) et (iv), comme représenté ci-dessous, qui sont impliqués dans la synthèse des composés (i). Des complexes métalliques comprenant des composés (i) à titre de ligands sont en outre décrits. Les nouveaux composés et complexes selon la présente invention sont utiles en catalyse asymétrique par des complexes de type métal de transition ou organocatalyse, notamment en hydrogénation ou allylation asymétrique. Les composés de formule générale (i) peuvent être utiles à titre de substances agrochimiques et thérapeutiques, ou à titre de réactifs ou d'intermédiaires en chimie fine.
