Abstract

L'idée consiste en la création d’une plateforme basée sur les technologies web, cloud et technologies mobiles permettant l’alerte précoce pour la prévention et la réduction des risques naturels (figure1 et figure2). Cette plateforme dédiée au suivi et monitoring des données concernant les risques naturels est développée pour constituer un support technique simple d’aide à la décision en matière de gestion et de prévention des risques naturels prenant en compte l'importance de minimiser le temps de traitement et de diffusion de cette l'information auprès des décideurs.
