Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'empêcher la croissance d'une tumeur chez un patient atteint d'un cancer ou de traiter un patient atteint d'un cancer, le patient atteint d'un cancer présentant une insuffisance rénale. Le procédé nécessite l'administration d'une quantité efficace de lipoplatine. Un second médicament chimiothérapique peut également être administré au patient. La seconde chimiothérapie peut être administrée avant ou après la thérapie par lipoplatine ou simultanément.
