Abstract

L'invention se rapporte d'une manière générale à un système et à un procédé permettant de gérer et de commander des données entre des entités dans une chaîne d'alimentation en pétrole et gaz et, en particulier, à un système de gestion d'accise et à un procédé permettant d'identifier et de concilier des enregistrements fiscaux, des volumes de production et des rapports d'exploitation. Un système de gestion de données collecte des premières données capturées depuis un capteur ou un collecteur de données et des secondes données fournies par une filiale ou franchise ou un prestataire tiers. Le système de gestion de données fixe et regroupe les premières données pour générer un rapport fiscal sécurisé ou une estimation des taxes ou des informations fiscales se rapportant à un indicateur de performance clé (kpi pour key performance indicator) et fixe et regroupe les secondes données pour générer des données sécurisées ou un rapport financier sécurisé associé à la filiale ou à la franchise ou au contractant tiers ou à la chaîne d'alimentation en pétrole et gaz.
