Abstract

La présente invention concerne un comprimé multicouche comprenant un noyau comprenant du chlorhydrate de metformine, une couche de libération contrôlée, d'une couche inerte et d'un chlorhydrate de pioglitazone couche de revêtement comprenant. Le comprimé multicouche est administré une fois par jour à un être humain dans le traitement de la maladie du diabète sucré.
