Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de production d'un plasma froid à pression atmosphérique pour le traitement de surfaces humaines et/ou animales, comprenant un système multicouche flexible plat qui présente une face orientée vers la surface à traiter et une face opposée à la surface à traiter. Le système multicouche comprend les couches suivantes : une première couche d'électrode sur la face du système multicouche opposée à la surface, une seconde couche d'électrode sur la face du système multicouche orientée vers la surface, la couche d'électrode présentant une pluralité d'évidements ou étant réalisée sous la forme d'une grille ou de méandres, une couche diélectrique qui est agencée entre la première couche d'électrode et la seconde couche d'électrode, et une couche d'écartement qui est agencée de manière adjacente à la seconde couche d'électrode sur la face du système multicouche orientée vers la surface. L'invention concerne en outre un câble, un ensemble générateur délivrant une haute tension, ainsi qu'un système.
