Abstract
L'invention concerne de nouveaux polypeptides de liaison réactifs en réaction croisée avec lrp5/lrp6 biparatopiques, et plus spécifiquement de nouvelles constructions de domaines variables uniques d'immunoglobuline réactives en réaction croisée avec lrp5/lrp6 biparatopiques qui peuvent inhiber les voies de signalisation wnt. L'invention concerne également des séquences spécifiques de ces polypeptides, leurs procédés de production et des procédés pour les utiliser, y compris des procédés de traitement de maladies telles que le cancer.
